When discussing sports at any level other than “I play twice a month,” we talk about supplements. One that I get asked about more than anything is pre-workout.
First, yes, it is helpful. I take it every day for 20-30 minutes before working out. I take the TAG Energy supplement available on the www.CwellStore.com, and I can feel a significant difference between my workouts with and without it.
Getting the nutrients before the workout helps me push a little harder in the gym.
If you are fasting, think about a pre-workout before you exercise, especially if you are working out later in the day. My first meal of the day is at 2 pm. I also work out around 1pm so I can really feel the change. However, even if you are not in a fasted state, you should at least try your workout with the boost you get from a pre-workout.
Without it I would have a much harder working out at the intensity that I want and need. I have broken down what is in the energy and given some research articles on the link. https://cwellstore.com/product/superior-energy/
