I am frequently asked what I do that distinguishes me from other doctors. I do a lot of different things and more research than any other doctor I know, but the fundamental distinction is that I don’t simply care about your health today and tomorrow; I worry about what will happen in 20-40 years.

Every day, I encounter folks who have had heart attacks, strokes, joint injuries, cognitive decline, and overall loss of quality of life that could have been avoided if someone had simply put together a plan for these people. Consider this: When you meet with a financial counselor, they don’t plan for tomorrow or next week; they plan for the next 20-40 years. This is my perspective on health. If you want to retire with money, you must plan years ahead of time. You must do the same if you wish to retire in good health.

This is why I perform a variety of tests and blood draws. A lot of research has been done on “what happens to the body if.” For example, if I notice you have a lot of inflammation, which suggests greater levels of reactive oxidative stress, or ROS, we can take action right away to assist in preventing arterial plaque formation and, as a result, heart attacks and strokes. If we detect a low testosterone level in you today, we can treat it and minimize your risk of osteoporosis, heart attack, blood vessel, energy, sexual function, and weariness.

It is not difficult to recognize dietary deficits that can lead to serious health and quality of life problems. Food sensitivities or sensitivity to surgical implants, both metal and silicon, such as breast implants, are common, and we can help lessen such concerns now so they don’t become a serious issue later. It is now simple to uncover workout or postural concerns that, if corrected, can considerably benefit you in the long run. If you don’t have a doctor who is concerned about your health, you should inquire as to why. It’s not simple, but it’s crucial if you want to be and feel healthy later in life.
