Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:03] I’m talking about hydrochloric acid or HCl. This is a very interesting substance. Very very important. So one of the things that what happens when you eat is you eat something goes for all the digestive enzymes in the mouth. Hit it and it goes down in the stomach where they where the hydrochloric acid for the stomach acids. Now the stomach has its job is not necessarily to digest that food. The job of the stomach is actually to clean it, the hydrochloric acid to clean it, kill the viruses, the bacteria, the parasitic eggs, the parasites, you know, the virus. All fun stuff. So this is the, this is the exterior HCL. So what happens when we get stressed out is we shift from a parasympathetic, which is resting, digesting nervous system to a sympathetic or fight flight freeze. Well, when you shift over, you stop producing all the digestive enzymes. Reducing the historic acid you get kind of shuts down, and you start producing hydrochloric acid. At a certain point, your body will recognize that they don’t have enough acid and your stomach has no fill center doesn’t know if it’s empty or full. As far as acid goes, the stretch receptors to tolerance for food, but it doesn’t know what it’s for empty of acid. It just knows that the pH is wrong. And so it’ll say, hey, we need more acid. Well, if you’re in a sympathetic state or you have 4 or 5 other reasons why you can’t produce hydrochloric acid, you want to produce like lactic other acid your body will produce.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:01:36] The pH of black tea. Can you tear gas? The other acids is, you know, roughly for the pH of Caucasians too. So what ends up happening is the sensors in your stomach. So we’re not where we need to be. And so it does make more acid. So it makes more of the weaker acid. And it keeps making you say, hey, that’s where we get the harbor and that’s where we get the Gerd. That’s where we get all that type of stuff from the wrong kind of acid. A lot of times if you have heartburn, that’s awesome. If you take hydrochloric acid, it’ll actually fix the heartburn problem. Actually fix it because your body goes, oh, we have the right amount of the right of acid there. We’re good. We don’t have to add anything else. And so if you have Gerd, reflux, that type of thing, HCO might be something it’s very important to take. Now here’s caveat with that. If you think of people who have high stress, who have heartburn and Gerd, which used to be this group of people over here, now it’s like most of us, because we’ve allowed stress to just crush our lives. We don’t do the mental work that’s required to fix it. We look at this bill, those who also have ulcers. So what happens when you get an ulcer? Ulcers? You don’t have enough. Hydrochloric acid. And once you when you don’t have hydrochloric acid you have infiltration. So the H. Pylori bacteria infiltrates the stomach. It’s a hole in the stomach. That’s where you get your ulcers.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:02:55] It’s actually technically a bacterial infection or bacterial overgrowth. Now, HCO will kill that H that that H pylori. However, it’s going to burn pretty bad on that ulcer. You’ve got two options. One, I usually fix it with allicin and some complexes of T and stuff like that. So we we kill the bacteria here. The gut doesn’t hurt as bad. Then we go back to the HDL. Your other option is to suck it up and just take a bunch of HDL and burn out, kill these pylori, and then let your stomach just heal. It takes a little, takes it’s a little short of the HDL. It hurts. But that’s, that’s that’s one of those big issues. So if you’re taking the HDL for that, go ahead and do it. Now, here’s the other side. A lot of people when they get stressed out. And again, we’re all too stressed out. And we eat damn near anything I give out. Well, I don’t know. Parasites. I’ve never been to a third world country. Welcome to your third world country. A lot of stuff at restaurants. Lots of that you’re taking home with you has parasites on it. If you don’t wash, especially organic stuff, you don’t wash it in a good, clean vegetable wash. There’s a number of them. Vinegar, white vinegar and water is a pretty solid one. I use these essential oil to do ours. There’s a number of other ones that are pretty good. If you don’t use those and you consume something that has a parasite or a parasitic, at least these are tiny. Tiny, you’re not going to see them. That’s how we get started with these parasitic infections. You know, if you have dogs and we have a lot of patients who come in who have pretty good diagnosis with them, they have dogs that sleep with them in the bed, and they’ll lick their hands, lick their face and everything.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:35] That’s a real easy way of getting as well. Because if you don’t have the hydrochloric acid to protect yourself, it gets in and wreaks havoc. Well, once these parasites get in, they create what’s called a biofilm. So it’s a sugary cocoon of mucus that that basically surrounds the parasite. Very similar to what, lyme’s does to protect itself from the body. Which is why lyme’s is so hard to treat or almost impossible to treat medically because they don’t address the biofilms. Those biofilms, can be broken down with Allison. And with acid. Hydrochloric acid, you’re easiest you’re cheapest option. So we use that a lot. So if you start taking hydrochloric acid and you realize that you starting to pass mucus, that’s not bad. That’s good. You’re actually flushing out some of these biofilms and some of these parasites. Now, here’s the thing. It’s not it’s not all the time. It’s actually fairly rare. Maybe 10% of the time when you start taking hydrochloric acid, you’ll start passing parasites. The coffee enema thing is going to show lots more parasites. Like you’re going to see lots and lots of them. But they can do it as well. Now, the thing I love about NCL is, and it’s probably the best option for long term.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:05:46] It’s super cheap. Easy. You know, these tablets, you can take anywhere with a bunch of with vessels with sirup. The other cool thing about it is if you start to get, a bacterial, like, food poisoning, if you’ll hammer the skull, it’ll kill the bacteria, thus killing the spread of the, bacterial food poisoning. So it’s really fantastic for that. So this is a big one. This is not very expensive. Grab it on pillars of wellness. Like, this will help out with a lot of this sort of stuff. As you’re starting, you’re going to go through, the detox process with this. It might put a little extra load in your kidneys. Kidney complex is a great one to use cash for. The kidneys are really the best. It takes time. But this is a big one. So I take this, even on an empty stomach. You might not be able to do that. I do it on empty stomach. Before I go work out and before I go home. So this sits up here. I take it that way. There is some thinking that the HCA. This is powerful HCA. If you take it with the rest of your supplements, it can damage the other supplements. So what I try to do is take my supplements, eat. Then take the hydrochloric acid. Or take it on an empty stomach, depending on how well you handle it. So, for instance, I’ll take my something to the morning and then right before I leave the office to go home and work out, I’ll take some HCL and then come back from the office, take the supplements after work out that I take somewhere before I go to bed.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:07:13] Or I’m sorry before I leave the office. And then I’ll take some before I go to bed. And oftentimes I’ll take some in the morning. I wake up to do it in an hour read or something like that. So that’s basically what I take. I don’t take it with my supplements. Or I’ll take it. I’ll go supplements to supplement. We haven’t really fleshed out how bad it is. So if you’re like, well, I can only take it with my stuff. Go ahead and do that. But it’s just one of those things as a, as a housekeeping thing is a little bit easier to take. Separate out. This is a big one. Like I said, anytime that you are sick, you have people having issues with bring this man. The other nice thing is it’s HDL. So if you’re viable, splice that, pull that chlorine molecule off. You can use that to create more white blood cells. Because chlorine is one of the major things. Or white blood cells used to kill stuff or white blood cells. If you don’t know, this literally will surround bad stuff and squirt chlorine bleach on it and kill it. That’s how white blood cells do. One of the biggest things that’s how they how they kill things is with chlorine. So adding some more hydrochloric acid is gonna a really big thing for your body all the way around. So if you guys are not doing hydrochloric acid, it’s one of those. That’s a pretty solid one to bring in. Just watch the detox reactions on this one.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:08:26] So if you’re wondering. Oh, I got something to see. I gotta figure out how I can take it. Take one empty stomach or not. Doesn’t really matter if it burns and you take it on an empty stomach, it gives you the heartburn. Then you know you got an ulcer or. Take it with it. Now, as you if you take it with food or you take one, it doesn’t burn. It feels great. Feel free to go up to two. You probably, unless you’ve got limes or something, you don’t need to go much higher than 2 or 3 the average person. And take it whenever you eat. Because, again, if you eat a parasite or you eat bacteria or you eat something bad and it starts to kind of manifest itself and grow, the HDL will come down and kill. So that’s why we do it as more of a preventative, more of a safety feature. It’s one of the best ones. People don’t talk about this very much. Which is sad because this is a really, really important thing. I think the vast majority of patients, especially when you’re on Manus, the vast majority of people we work with or. So get a portable AC. Com, grab some HCO, grab some of the methylated environment.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:09:28] That’ll be great for you as well. And remember, all the profit, all the money that comes in. I’m not just talking about all the money that comes in from the stomach cells. And as well as Dicom goes to fund the charity Tree of Life, that health where we’re using psychedelics and ketamine to help better, break down, the PTSD, the addictions and depressions and our veterans and first responders. So, so, we got a question. What’s the good what’s a good day? If you want to finish, belly. I’ll. I’ll jump on that one. Well, I’ll jump in that I don’t fully get the question. And we’ll, we’ll enter some questions on Friday with questions at Thomas. Welcome. So if you have questions, drop them in the comments. I’ll answer your question. And it’s a great questions. I’ll I’ll go over them again on Friday. Or if you have questions that you want answered, send them to questions at Chalmers. Com and thanks for your time, Claudia. Sir.
