Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:03] So we’re going to start going through a bunch of different segmentation stuff. On chemistry, as I just recorded yesterday, a podcast about how my stance on the calories in, calories out, how I keep saying calories aren’t real, that don’t matter. It’s about 40 minutes, but it goes into the entire thing. I talk about how to fix diabetes the whole day on it. Speaking of that, you guys need to follow me on acts. If you guys follow me on anything. YouTube has. Continually like you know paused my ability to staff puts that out and they keep threatening to ban me because I say things that that CDC disagrees with. So, you know, there’s a lot of medical censorship going on right now, health censorship going on right now. YouTube is big into it all. Google’s big into it. And I got banned on TikTok for saying something the CDC disagreed with. So if you guys didn’t follow me, follow me on X. That’s where probably the most free speech is allowed. So it’s just Dr. Genres one on acts as well. And I’ll post the word calories no matter thing on everything I can, they’ll definitely be on X, so check that out. All right. Since they were on talk a little about hydrochloric acid, HDL. So HDL is stomach acid. Well, let me rephrase that. Your stomach acid is HDL. It’s. That’s how it’s set up. That’s how we should set it. She has got to. It will kill H. Pylori. It’ll kill most viruses, bacteria, parasites, parasitic eggs, all sorts of stuff. The reason we have stomach acid that is that strong is is a primary defense system. It’s there to kill all the bad stuff. Now, having said that, the first thing that we lose is HDL and our primary defense system. When we get stressed out, when you get stressed out, your body shifts to that neurologic, that neurologic shift.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:02:07] But you start becoming sympathetic, your body stops being parasympathetic, and the parasympathetic function that it loses is resting, digesting, and the primary thing that stops is all digestion. And so you’re going to greatly reduce, if not eliminate, the amount of hydrochloric acid you have greatly increasing the chances of a viral bacterial or parasitic infection. So the vast majority of patients that we see when they come in, we have a parasitic infection because they’re dealing with stress. Again, I keep talking about how mental health is the number one thing we guys are working on our stress. You work our mental health and that’s why I’ve added the mental health piece to every single one of our protocols, because if the goal is long term wellness and I can balance your gut, but I can’t keep it on without taking tons of supplements because your mind is not in the right spot, then the only obvious thing to do is you have two options. Take a whole lot of segments all the time. Or fix your brain, fix your mind, fix the way that you’re processing things. Decrease your stress. And so that’s my big push, is like, we’re going to decrease our stress.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:03:14] So. But back to HDL. HDL is fantastic for if you’ve got long term sinus issues, especially if you have postnatal drip and stuff like that, that makes you nauseous. It’s just phenomenal for it. I always take hydrochloric acid or HDL with us when we go on trips because it’ll kill a lot. Not every kind, but the vast majority of the time. You get food poisoning. You hammer that HDL, your gut, because whatever that bacteria or whatever that thing is, it’s on the food that’s making you sick. Kill it. It once it’s dead, once once that bacterial growth nasty factor’s dead, your body’s pretty cool with it. So we’ve had people who, you know, like on trips that come back in the past, like, man, I was eight something. 30, 40 minutes later it was bad. Or I woke up that morning and it was coming at both ends. And I took a bunch of pizza and two hours later, I was fine. So it feels great. It’s also very cheap. Each sale is the last part. Remember this last part that we do for lives. That’s how we break the biofilms. So biofilm is like a sure cocoon of mucus that your body that’s built inside your body to protect whatever it is, the virus, the bacteria, the parasite, the whatever from the rest of the body. Because your body looks at that biofilm goes, that’s me, I don’t need to kill that.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:37] And so whatever is inside, live her sick egg sacs, all sorts of nasty stuff. So taking the HDL helps to kind of break those down and destroy those biofilms. Let’s see what else we use for lots and lots of sinus stuff. We’re in Texas and so everybody has allergies here, so it helps with that. It’s really beneficial as a hydrogen donor as well. So, you know, you take it and you strip the hydrogen off, you use hydrogen for we want to chlorine usually will end up in a white blood cell. So you have lots of chlorine function in the body. So HDL is a great thing to take regularly. There is some discussion about whether or not it’s so strong this can damage other substances if you take. Okay. I mean, I’ve seen it go both ways. If you can’t separate out, just take them at the same time and secure their supplements. And things can be that big of a deal if you can. Like, what I tell people to do is. Take your either take your ACL or take your supplements. Eat. Then do the other thing. So if you take your supplements before you take Rachel after, if you take your ratio before to yourself, that’s after taking a bunch of supplements are also your ailments first because you know that you very are stuff in your stomach for the food on top of that and then your HDL on top of that, your gut. Or would you wait 20 minutes or so? So I’ll take mine. I take mine since I wake up.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:06:02] And then before I leave the office to go home to work out. And then before I leave. To go home at night. So that’s why I take mine. And I usually take, you know, three or so. It’s usually best to to test you and figure out how much to take. But that’s that’s usually where you going to be. It feels great if you can take it on to seventh. That’s great. I here’s the fun thing. It will fix an ulcer. You will not enjoy it, but it will fix the ulcer because it kills H pylori and ulcers are made from H. Pylori. It’ll burn like crazy for two three days, depending on the size of the ulcer. And it’s not fun and it’ll hurt. So typically what we’ll do is we’ll do a something else, another anti bacterial function so his and I’ll. Alison titanium or what are your testing for and we’ll do something complex t to kind of help regenerate the the damage to the stomach lining and then we go through the ACL and restore normal function in the gut. So that’s more or less where it is. It also helps. GERD So it helps heartburn too, because typically what heartburn is, is not that you have too much acid to see too much of the wrong kind of acid because your stomach doesn’t really have a fill sensor as a sensor. And so whenever it’s like, Hey, the patch is wrong, give me more acid or stressed out, everybody has some metabolic issues where you’re not going to produce enough HDL, it’ll give you lactic acid.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:07:28] Well, that’s not really the you need and so you need more ACL. So that’s kind of where that one is. So people having all the time about this heartburn, stuff like that and they’re my friends. I would just give them like ACL in a baggie, like pills in a bag and be like, all right, take these activities, you know, twice a day or three times. They have whatever they needed, but a week later, they’re like, Man, those those are great. I don’t have the heartburn so much better than like, you know, what kind of bad acids are those make their hydrochloric acid. They’re always like, Wait, what? Yeah, it’s hydrochloric acid. So it’s a fantastic someone to take is usually pretty cheap. I’m getting a high quality sources, obviously important. The ones we have here I really like, we used to use a capsule form. Now we’re using a tablet. The tablet is I. Quite a bit stronger. So you don’t say nearly as much, but it’s great. We’re using it for all kinds of things. Really, really, really big on sinuses. If you’ve got lots of the postnatal drip and it makes you nauseous and stuff like that. Excuse me. Fantastic for that. Sinuses of all kinds of all areas. Have you got a sinus issue? Actually, I’ll help you out. It also helps, like I said, it helps break down biofilms. And so it’s going to help kill parasites as well. So here’s the other downside to HDL is it works really well. And so if you take a whole bunch of it, you might have a detox reaction. So ease into it. That would be that would be the big thing to try. It’s funny because, like, you will start taking it like, man, I’m getting nauseous on this stuff. I’m like, Yeah, you’re killing.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:09:05] I’m going to start a detox reaction and say, If you want to stay at the level you’re taking, it will clear up a little bit. A couple of days later I go, okay, I went away and two, three days after that, like, man, I feel fantastic. Yeah, because if you burned out all that stuff and you’ve replaced it with, you know, typically better stuff is more beneficial to the body. But yeah, no, it’s HDL is fantastic. So you guys haven’t looked into that? Look into it. Whichever HDL you get. Take one the first day. Don’t take 3 or 4. I don’t care if the bottle says, you know, take seven a day. Take one. See how it works. If you’re like, Ooh, I’ve got bad heartburn, you’re going to be really glad you didn’t take five. So take the one. See how it feels. Take to see how that feels. Take three. If you’re like, Ooh, I take six. It causes a decent amount of burning. Then don’t take six. You know, maybe we need to work up to that, but it’s one of those things. Don’t take it if it causes a lot of discomfort. I would recommend you get tested for it. You work for something. Who knows what they’re doing on it? That’s me, though. So but, you know, it feels fantastic if you guys haven’t looked at it, if you guys have GERD, if you guys have digestive issues, if you guys have sinus issues, your personal rep issues, if you’re worried about just general health. HDL is a great thing to add your to your talk. So. All right. Thanks for your time. You guys have a great day.
