Personalized, root-cause care for hormones, metabolism, energy, sleep, performance, and whole-body health at Pillars of Wellness.
Led by Dr. Matt Chalmers, DC, CCCN, CCSP, our Frisco clinic looks beyond isolated symptoms to understand how nutrition, metabolic function, hormones, movement, recovery, sleep, and stress interact.
Functional medicine asks a different question: what is contributing to the problem? Instead of applying the same plan to every person, we evaluate the patterns that may be affecting how you feel and function.
Your plan may include nutrition, laboratory review, hormone and metabolic evaluation, movement, sleep support, supplementation, stress-management strategies, chiropractic care, or coordinated medical services when appropriate. Recommendations are individualized after consultation and evaluation.
Patients often come to Pillars of Wellness when they want a deeper look at persistent concerns or when a conventional one-size-fits-all approach has not answered their questions.
Sleep quality, recovery, mental and emotional stress, nervous-system health, and factors that may interfere with resilience.
Individualized nutrition, digestive function, nutrient sufficiency, inflammation patterns, and sustainable lifestyle support.
Individualized movement and strength programming delivered through the Pillars of Wellness app, built around your evaluation, goals, and recovery needs.
Dr. Matt Chalmers has practiced since 2007 and combines clinical work with professional education, product development, sports performance, and public health communication. He is the bestselling author of Pillars of Wellness, delivered a TEDx talk on alternatives to opioid-centered pain care, and has taught hormone and peptide protocols to approximately 400 clinics through eight PHC Pharmacy classes.
He has also formulated practitioner supplements and wellness products brought to market, mentors physicians, co-founded Vybe5 in Frisco, and designed its signature workout system. This combination gives patients a perspective informed by clinical practice, physiology, product formulation, education, biomechanics, performance, and recovery.

Yes. Pillars of Wellness serves patients from Frisco and surrounding North Texas communities. Available services depend on the patient’s needs, evaluation, and clinical appropriateness.
Hormone and peptide services may be considered as part of a broader personalized plan when medically appropriate. They are not automatically recommended to every patient and require provider evaluation and supervision.
The first visit focuses on your history, concerns, goals, previous care, lifestyle, and relevant testing. From there, the team can explain appropriate next steps and whether additional evaluation is needed.
