How to Do It:

1. Prep the brew:

1. Open 2 capsules of each supplement listed above

1. Add the powders directly into your coffee pot

1. Brew as normal—the heat will extract the oils and actives

1. Cool and transfer:

1. Let the coffee cool to a safe, warm temperature

1. Pour the mixture into your enema bucket, including the herbal powder remnants

1. Lubricate + insert:
