The coffee enema is one of the oldest and most affordable cleansing tools available. Dr. Chalmers adds four of his cleanse formulas directly to the brew, making this a centerpiece of his Parasite Cleanse Protocol. He uses it in office and at home for liver support, cleanse programs and weekly maintenance.

What You’ll Need

2 capsules each of Parastat, Paratosin, BiliVen and Tomorrow-FX
2 tablespoons of organic, unflavored, unscented coffee (mold-free preferred)
Enema bucket or bag
Olive oil or coconut oil (for lubrication)

How to Do It

Prep the brew: open 2 capsules of each supplement above, add the powders to your coffee pot with 2 tablespoons of coffee and brew as normal. Have a grind-and-brew coffee maker? Add your beans as usual, empty the capsule powders into the glass carafe, and run the machine like normal so the hot coffee drips onto the powders and mixes with them.
Cool and transfer: let the coffee cool to a safe, warm temperature, then pour it into your enema bucket.
Lubricate and insert: use olive or coconut oil and start with about one third of the bucket.
Hold and release: hold for about 10 minutes, then release. Repeat two more times to use the full bucket.
