The benefits and limitations of peptides like BPC-157 and TB-500 are outlined, with a focus on their effectiveness in healing minor injuries and promoting tissue regeneration. Combining these compounds with hormones like testosterone and essential nutrients such as collagen and amino acids is essential for optimal results. These therapies also play a significant role in gut healing, particularly for conditions like ulcerative colitis, highlighting the connection between gut and brain health.
Peptides and growth hormones are examined for their applications in hair regrowth and muscle building. Copper peptides promote hair growth by increasing blood flow, especially in women experiencing post-COVID hair loss. Growth hormone therapies come with a caution about potential side effects such as unwanted gut growth if not used carefully. Proper timing and supplementation are crucial for maximizing their effectiveness in muscle development and recovery.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:04] All right. So we’re going to run through some head type stuff. A couple different things. I’m seeing lots and lots of ads. For biggie 157 that I feel is maybe overexaggerating what I can do. Yeah. Due to this, I had a completely torn ACL. I dropped a chainsaw on my face, and a week later, you know, if you didn’t fix everything, it’s not that strong. Nobody does. It also doesn’t work super well without, basic disaster. A lot of the guys were using it, and the results are on testosterone. They don’t know that. But you have to have this awesome software in the human world. So we start off with the basics of properly sex hormones. So your testosterone first wants to be, adding growth hormone and greatly increases the the healing function of one person as well. They have 157 and TV 500 to, to to an extent is like the, the rebar in which everything gets built upon or the framework that everything gets a little upon. The stuff works and it works really well. What I’m worried is that people are going to see these ads and they’re going to take it. They’re going to take a while. They’re going to say, you know, take it for three weeks, and they’re not going to see Fulton and regrowth, and they’re going to think that, you know, it’s it’s just as effective as work. That’s the problem with the advertising we’re seeing. It does work. And it works really, really well. But it works great for small framing, small terrors. And it helps. It helps a lot with healing and regeneration of muscle tissue as well.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:01:39] So when you’re breaking your muscle tissue down, it helps rebuild. I use it a lot for gut work. So we have ulcerative colitis and we have, celiac, that type of thing. We’ll use we’ll use a 150, 70, 500, together. Once you kill the parasites and break down the, you know, kill the yeast and restore the probiotic function to regenerate and heal the bowel. And we flood it with collagen so it has all the amino acids it needs to rebuild, repair. And then 157 to 2500 do a great job both at gut and the brand because they got in the brain or tied directly. You got it. We talked about this today, about how your body doesn’t actually work. Protein. Which is one of the, one of the big fallacies, you know, the vegan people are always like, there’s plenty of protein and vegan stuff with the right is one protein wants amino acids, and it specifically wants those individual amino acids that build things. Tryptophan creating, serotonin, for instance. But you want to give the body the easiest available source of amino acids. So we’re trying to heal collagen from your best friend, which is always drive the best substrate from animal source.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:02:49] So when you’re rebuilding the body, you wanna make sure that you’re doing those things that if you want the 157 of the TV 500 to work really, really well, they should testosterone. Make sure your body has all the amino acids it needs to rebuild. I always ask for methyl. It’d be violence on there and then hide through. So D3 is not a vitamin. It’s a hormone. Which is, again, one of the fallacies of the medical functional where they teach your body. The definition of vitamin is essential nutrient that cannot be made in the body, deficient in the body. So it can’t be a vitamin that that definition of a hormone is chemical messenger. And the reason that D3 helps your bones and your immune system and everything else is because it helps direct ions in the body where they’re supposed to go. It tells them where the body needs and directs them, or it messages them to the right spot. It’s a hormone. So getting your D3 up as well. Most people I like between 80 and 120. What we’re usually looking at is 5000. I used for 800 pounds of body weight. If you’re 150 pounds to 5000, 25,000 at night, that should get you girls for the day. But that’s how those to work. The best. One of the ones that we’re working on right now, research is fantastic. But I always like to tell the research that we like when we’ve used it in practice. This is what that happens.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:11] So I have a couple of people testing right now, but the copper peptide, the research on that with hair growth, and blood flow is phenomenal. The reason that it helps hair growth, because it increases blood flow and it will help the body increase what’s called, angiogenesis, which is growth and development of new blood vessels that carry oxygen and oxygen helps everything. The body. What we we were usually seeing, we see men for all the time, but we would see probably maybe 2 or 3 women a year before covet. For hair loss and after, about a year, 18 months after Covid. So call it to late 21, early middle 22. Since about then, we’ve been seeing about 2 or 3 women a month for hair loss. Covid is a vascular issue, so it obviously creates, vascular problems and decreases blood flow. All of. Skalp is definitely one of those places. It’s doing that because even though the head is wildly, vascular, when you decrease the vascular size of the blood vessel size, you’re going to decrease oxygen function. And so that’s what’s going on. So if we can get more blood vessel dilation, we get more blood flow, we can get more blood vessels created. That’s where we’re seeing the benefits of, the, Jeff, copper peptides.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:05:33] So, like I said, we’re testing that one right now for hair loss. I’ve got 5 or 6 people testing it. If you guys have used it and you’ve seen hair regrowth, drop it in the comments. Give me some info. Information on it. How much are you taking? And I know, I know, I know, it’s hard, but don’t say like, point two. Like, can you, if you can do the math and tell me how many milligrams you’re taking that you’re going official or if you, you’re looking at 17.2 of a three mil file and the vial says 50mg on it. Perfect. I can do the math for it. I just need to have all those things. The size of the vial, the milligram dosage for the for the vial. And then how much you’re taking, in the injection. So if you guys are getting that type of stuff, I’d like to see it. Like I said, the research on it is spectacular. The research that I. That’s really interesting is two of the different articles I read. One of them showed it was like, it’s great. The other one said, actually, red light therapy was pretty good. It’s funny because it’s like red light therapy. That was like when you combine the two. So that’s what we’re doing is we’re combining red light therapy with, the copper peptides, and we’re trying to see what that’s gonna do. As well. So if you guys are using JJ and you’re like, it’s kind of working. Grab one of those little red light LED hacks. They’re like 100 bucks a hook. And, check that out and see that if I didn’t see if progress. So, yes, this hair loss thing is something that we’re a lot of people are seeing as bothersome to them.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:07:12] The funny thing about that is that I would prefer all of the rest of my hair fall out, so I don’t shave my head anymore. I like to shave like this hard root of that. Because I like I like this like. So I’m going to be very happy if I regrow my hair, because that means that I have had no hair for 20 years and no regrets. And so we can make we can help everybody else. But on the other side of that, you go pissy about because I have to didn’t shave my head. But it’ll be worth it if I can figure out how to help. Because, like, all these women who are coming in are not happy about it. So if we can figure out how to fix that to be beneficial. So you guys have done research on that you have to actually use. If you’ve seen help drop out in the comments, I’d like to know, or had some of the email questions at Chalmers on like, we’re DMing, how do you guys want to do it? So those are those are the big ones. The some of the growth hormone ones, they, some more like one on one. I like that blend. If you’re looking for growth hormone, if you’re looking to if you’re trying to grow as an adult, it’s more like for one, testimonial or they all work really well. Some of them work different with, like, some Moreland hits, like, All right now and then goes away, for one kind of hits a decent out in the last, much longer time. As far as generation of, first woman, Tessa Moreland kind of works the same way.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:08:35] But the thing about testimonial is less everybody got all excited about it because the FDA approved a specific type of it. Probably not the one they’re using, but they approved a specific type for specific reason. Do not let with the FDA says influence what you do or what you buy. Not really. An institution has this, much integrity, or beneficial function for health. Yeah. They were the ones who said that opioids were, nontoxic. I’m not saying. non-addictive. So, yeah, they said lots of things that are not accurate. So just because they said that, you know, they would allow it to be sold for the reason people are selling it. Doesn’t doesn’t entice me to pay extra for it anyway. So, I’m not saying this morning is bad. I’m just saying that you can get the same function or better function for less. The only reason people are all fired about this morning is because the FDA gave it a green stare. So those hormone functions are great. We use them for little kids who are, you know, not growing properly. We use them to generate muscle mass in, all sorts of people who are having trouble gaining mass, people who are, you know, trying to work out and trying to gain, they’re great for, anti-aging and regenerative function, that whole subset of medicine, a little bit of growth hormone that all the time is, is, pretty beneficial to healing and regeneration. The, the big one that you guys need to worry about is, when we when we start getting some of the growth hormones, like the, that that, IGF one are free. That stuff works super well.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:10:18] The problem is, is that it works too well. And so what ends up happening is that, we can end up getting job growth, gut growth, that sort of thing. So if you’re not careful with some of these, growth hormone peptides, you’re still going to get growth. And if you guys don’t want growth, that is just Google Earth. You’re going to see a bunch of bodybuilders with six packs who also look pregnant because their intestines grow in size. So that’s that’s one of the things you guys have to work, we’ve used before. Rachel, talked about it, which, when she had her face crushed for that softball, I think it broke, like 8 or 9 fractures in her face, yet it reconstructed, the nerves weren’t working, so she couldn’t smile or she couldn’t like it. She was having trouble with her eyes as well. We use that, and it regrew. And we settled the nerve function, so she’s pretty much totally fine now. It’s a phenomenal hormone peptide. The problem we get into with it is that you’re like, oh, this is working. This is great. I’m loving this. Why is my stomach better? So it’s one of those that you can like. I, most people are telling people no more than three months, and I think that’s a pretty solid plan. I wouldn’t do it for more than three months. It’s. I do it for three months, take six weeks off, do it for three months. You got to kind of really monitor when you’re using that one.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:11:35] This is more like hormone once for growth hormone or a little bit better. It’s not a setting. So it keeps us things to, to some of the minimum. But when I was, when I was taking them, I did a blood test, on my growth. And, the ranges like 0 to 10 and growth was 54. So the peptides 100% were you can actually it’s one of the few things I’ve taken before workout that you can feel while you’re working out. It’s it’s it’s pretty impressive. So, typically those are taken before you go to sleep, but I like to take all of my workouts, within. So everything you’re going to take is going to have a peak, a peak time. So, like, oral stops can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Hour and 20 minutes, and then injection sites a little bit faster. So, the peptides suffer like 15 to 20 minutes for peak function. So when I take those, like I said, about 15 to 30 minutes before your workout, depending on the other things you’re taking, hour waster, all that stuff. What, a peak time. Like, you know, from ingestion to peak time. And you want to take it, obviously, if it says an hour till peak time, you want to take an hour before you’re working out because you want that that you want that functional piece, right?
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:12:49] That so those are some of the things timing is really important, all that stuff, how you’re taking it, when you’re taking it, when you’re taking it with are also all really important. What are the other things just on that real quick is back to the collagen. If you guys are trying to gain muscle tissue, you need to make sure you’re taking collagen 34 five minutes before you work out. Because as you start working out and your body starts breaking down the muscle tissue that needs to start regenerating ATP, you want to make sure that whatever sugar it’s creating, it’s not creating it from muscle tissue. It’s creating it from, the, the lactic acid that’s in the scoring system. But it still requires liquid in this function. So you’re going to need to give it the peptides, the proteins and peptides I’m sorry the amino acids. It needs to do that. Otherwise you use the proteins in your body. And so those are perfect you know acid. So that’s a it’s a pretty solid one. So if you’re if you’re ramping the system up with the androgens the testosterone or any other, you know, sorry thing, of all the limbs are all, if you’re using the growth hormone, you’ve got to massively increase the amount of your maximum, you know, acids, right?
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:13:54] So otherwise you’re kind of spinning your wheels. Obviously you have to factor that into the point which returns you’re getting from your workouts, because depending on how hard you’re working out, you got to stay set of things for that, as well. So there’s a little bit of math involved in there. But, you know, those are going to be the things you guys want to look up. We’re taking your peptides is your. Go when they’re most active and then when you need them to be most active. So a lot of times it’s at night. And so you might because some of those, these things at night, I always tell people when you’re starting off with the growth methods, usually at night, first year, about 30 minutes for you back, just make your stomach swirly. It’s going to feel how that goes. But those are going to be two of the bigger points on that. If you guys have any other questions, hit us up questions at as, or drop in the comments.
