Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:05] Okay. So one of the things that we work on a lot is detoxification and cleaning things out, letting people out. One of the one of the big groups of people that we need to work with the most are people who are looking to get pregnant. And then as far as cleaning them out, we need to work on them before they get pregnant, when they’re planning on getting pregnant. And then once people are pregnant, we need to really, really, really support them nutritionally. A lot of the stuff that’s on the market to eat is trash. It is toxic. It has all sorts of dyes and all sorts of chemicals in it that are not going to be good for a baby or for mom. And so that’s one of the things we start getting into when we start looking at issues in kids. We will love to hear all vaccines are terrible. And I’m not arguing that point at all. However, there’s other things that we’re starting to find out are causing super, super large amounts of damage to developing children as well. You know, the aspartame and sucralose, the Diet Coke type stuff, the processing, the dyes, all that stuff, the fluoride, you know, fluoride competes directly with iodine binding sites in the thyroid to produce that of well, thyroid hormone has been linked to higher thyroid hormones, been linked to higher IQ in children. So we’ve got to do kind of whatever we can to feed the next generation as they’re being developed and clean up the factory that they’re being built in.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:01:32] So a lot of times we’ll bring women in and we do lots and lots of chiropractic work with women because, you know, when you’re pregnant, you’re going to hurt. And if you take Advil and Tylenol and stuff like that, that’s not that’s not the path we want to walk down when we’re dealing with, you know, developing babies. Acetaminophen, you know, Tylenol. The the way Tylenol breaks down is really, really bad for for babies. We’re starting to see when you combine Tylenol and vaccines, there’s a secondary effect that’s even worse as far as inflammation in the brain goes, death in G cells. So we want to kind of keep as much of this. You know, Advil, Tylenol, you know, things away, especially Naproxen, away from pregnant women. So getting them adjusted to be probably the number one thing they need to start looking for is a chiro who knows how to adjust pregnant women. It’s it’s actually not that much more difficult than adjusting a normal person or a non pregnant person. I should say. It’s. It’s actually a little easier if you know what you’re doing. But it’s, you know, it’s also highly beneficial. Now, the reason we’d want to talk about Nancy is innocence in Acetylcysteine helps your body produce what’s called interstitial glue to thiamin. So glutathione is the most detoxifying thing that we have available to us. So we really want to try to increase that in all people, especially people who are, you know, under under pressure of free radical damage. So, you know, obviously this is, you know, creation of new cell tissues, things like that.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:03:07] So obviously, pregnant women fall in this category. People who are worried about cancer fall in this category. People who are on anybody who’s doing any anabolic work is definitely on this list. We have a lot of people who I work with, a lot of people who are trying to perfect their bodies. And so they’re using, you know, an of our Winstrol, you know, things like that trend pretty mild things like that on top of testosterone and getting the liver to clear these things is really, really important and this is one of the things we use for that. The the biggest thing we want to use this for, as I said, just keeping the body functional and clean. Everybody can take it. I take this every day. It’s one of those things. It’s on my list of hypercritical things for pregnant women to take up there with methyl A, B, vitamins and iodine. Someone else is in there. Nano kinase is a is a oftentimes, but any C is always at the top of the list. Omega threes are always at the top of the list I collagen because you have to not only to build the tissue but you have to clean up around it. And if you’ve ever seen anything be built like a roof, a new roof, keep it on a house, be built, a road be built. You know, in the building process, there’s a lot of trash that is produced. Same kind of thing happens in the body, especially if we start running low on nutrients. Your body has to kind of cut this molecule and cut this molecule to get all the pieces together to that has that second function. But a lot of that stuff we we produce things called free radicals.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:39] If you guys were alive in the 90s, we talked about free radicals a lot because that’s when we found out that that was causing a lot of the cancer and a significant amount of the heart issues. We start talking about free radicals because the only way to fix free radicals is with nutrition. So you’re talking about, you know, Nancy Cook, you ten, you know, taking our tumor X, taking out the preservatives in your food, exercise, that type of thing. And pharmaceuticals can’t sell that. So they stick with it’s a cholesterol issue. Speaking of cholesterol, we definitely, definitely want the cholesterol levels in our pregnant women to come up because the brain is made of cholesterol. All the hormones are made of cholesterol. Steroids are made from sterols. Cholesterol turns into steroids, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone. LH All those things. So that if it’s basically a steroid hormone, it has to have cholesterol. So we start looking at all of these women who are having, you know, fertility issues for having hormonal issues. It’s a lot to do with their diet because think of it this way. The chemicals, your so your body is this big bag of chemicals. Right. And it does all this chemical stuff. Well, if you don’t give it the chemicals it needs, you’re going to have an issue with getting the chemicals. And in your body, you’re doing the chemical process. Your body needs to do. So we got to get the right chemicals, then we got to get the wrong chemicals out.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:06:05] So like I always say, nutrition, you know, health is good chemicals and there’s bad chemicals out If you’re putting in processed foods, putting in red dyes or putting in all this processed junk, you’re putting bad chemicals into the body, hoping to get a better result out of it. And that’s not going to be a very good plan. So if you’re thinking about getting pregnant or if you are pregnant, focusing on your nutrition is really important. How do we, you know, start moving to a healthier diet? How do we offset some of the things that we’re still eating? Because it’s really it’s not impossible. You can do it, but it’s very, very inconvenient to eliminate all processed foods. And so we’re all going to have one ingredient or like, for instance, the pizza crust that I use more often than not are processed. They’re delicious, but they’re they have a little processing in them. And so that’s one of the reasons I take some of the stuff I take because we’re all going to find that thing. There’s like, well, you can have these eight things, but I’m keeping these two because I love them and they make, you know, they make my life happy. Cool, great. Keep them. Let’s offset them. Yeah. That’s why we use the know. See, that’s why we use, you know, a lot of people are needing that. Okay. Next now because of Covid or just because they care about their cardiovascular health, you know, a lot of people are needing to take more tumor for clean their Livermore radically increase their monthly b vitamins increase their d three. There’s lots of things that we’re needing to do to offset the chemicals damage that we’re getting from all these processed foods.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:08:38] So if you guys aren’t doing anything for processed foods, you need to start looking into that because it’s definitely affecting all of us. And the worst thing is I see people all the time who come in and they’re 14 or 15. They’re like, I don’t know why, but I’m just all kind of there. And you look at their diet and like, this is what they’ve been eating for a long time and you’re like, You’ve got years and years of breaking your body down. This is one of the things that I talk to you all the time that like, when I turn 30 or when I turn 50, like, man, my towel isn’t just turned against me, like I didn’t do anything. You’ve been breaking your body for 10 or 15 years. We talk about this every once a while. You know, if you look at back at what you did in your 20s, let’s look at what I did my 20s. So we’re not talking about you. There was lots of alcohol. There was lots of staying up late. There was lots of trash food. You know, there was, you know, so very little sleep. And there were, you know, some other recreational things in there that probably weren’t the best for you. So you’ve done these things where I’ve done these things or we’ve all done these things to our bodies. And so we need to start cleaning that stuff up. And that’s where I see you really kind of comes in and helps out. Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:09:54] But if you guys are worried about this if you guys haven’t done anything about it, you know that’s why I always ask people when when we start working with people like give me your ten favorite foods and the five foods you never want to eat again and I help you build a diet that will be functional for you and still retain a lot of your favorite foods. Because at the end of the day, no one wants to eat. If you have to give up all the things you enjoy that’s on a sustainable diet. And why the hell would you want to live longer without all the things you enjoy? So that’s one piece. But the other piece is that we need to start making, you know, if you want to talk about actual health care, you want to start talking about that type of stuff. We need you start pushing back against that. So, you know, one of the reasons that we have so many pediatricians and you know, we’re doing all the interviews with different guys through people is because this is the group of people that we’re working with that we’re seeing more people, you know, than anybody else. So, you know, the pediatricians are really kind of seeing a lot of these these kids with these new issues. These you know, if you look back, you know, 20, 30 years, I mean, were you talking about it? And they want to blame it all on vaccines. And I’m not saying that vaccines are not a big part of this, but if you look at the foods we’re eating, just look at cereal, right? Look at breakfast cereal. It is the most trash processed full of dyes for high fructose corn, sirup for junk.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:11:11] The thing we do and people keep referring to it as a healthy addition to your day. And it is not. It’s probably the worst part of your day nutritionally. And then we wonder why our kids are acting the way they are in school. So, you know, that’s one of those things. We’ve all been eating cereal, eating this stuff for a long time. So, you know, the reason I like to use pregnant women, for example, is because think of a 30 year old woman who decides to get pregnant. Right. So she’s lived through her teens into her 20s, lots of Chick-Fil-A, lotsa you know, no one said she was going to Taco Bell, but probably, you know and a lot of that, you know, food that’s not fantastic for you. And then of course, the makeup she was putting on all that. So anything you put on your skin, you put in your skin. So a lot of that stuff is being absorbed through, you know, the shampoos south of Salter, also sulfate that’s in, you know, shampoos and stuff like that. There’s all sorts of chemicals that are touching our bodies on a daily basis. Any of the perfumes or any of these lotions, you know, that are, you know, they’re scented and that sort of thing. All that stuff is being sucked into the body. And if you don’t do anything to start pulling that stuff out or, you know, offsetting that stuff, we’re going to have problems down the road. And so a lot of this stuff you see in kiddos because it just wasn’t properly, you know, chemically pulled out. So. You know, they’re just, you know, they’re the easiest group to say, you know, here’s the most important group we’ve got to work with because they’ve had all these things.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:12:33] You know, once the guys once we get the fertility piece and the guys fix, that’s kind of all we have to do. Y’all have to do the women have to do all the actual building and constructing of the baby. So, you know, I’ve met a lot of women who very who’ve loved being pregnant, enjoy the whole process. And I am super happy they feel that way because if you love to have two men, we would I promise you, we would not have a species anymore. So you guys are amazing, but we still need to clean that up. And so if you guys are, you’re looking into that, you know, get your diet set right. You don’t have to go keto or carnivore or anything like that. There’s a lot of options with, you know, full of carbohydrate function and just lower glycemic pace. There’s lots of ice cream and pancakes and all sorts of things that you have for your cravings. But there’s a lot of supplementation that you can do to offset years and years of problems. And the other thing is, is that we talk about this all the time. There’s nothing that destroys a woman’s body like pregnancy. If you get adjusted, if you get if you get your supplementation right, if you do that all the way through and you exercise. Right, that type of stuff. And it’s again, it’s not two hours in the gym. It’s like 15 minutes a day. If you’ll do these things, you’ll your body will be radically saved, much, much, much better at the end. So that’s one of those things that, you know, we do a lot of.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:13:51] So like I’ll teach you exercises we have. I make this joke all the time and it’s sad, but there’s a lot of 28 year old women that I see who pee on themselves a little when they laugh because their pelvic floor was so weak that when they had a baby, it damaged everything. And so they don’t have the ability to keep themselves from paying very well. Easy thing to fix with exercises. Like I said, 15 minutes a day, you can knock those out, but they’re just not taught. Again, I don’t know if we just don’t know these or they just choose not to teach them. I’m going to go with they don’t know. But that’s one of those things that we can start kind of putting that together with you, with people. So if you guys are pregnant or you just had a baby or you’re thinking about getting pregnant, you definitely need to find somebody who knows how to adjust pregnant women and knows the nutritional piece around getting everything back together. And it’s not just folic acid. Well, specifically, it’s definitely not folic acid. It’s methyl central folate, which is the methylated form or folic acid. It’s what you need and you need that before you get pregnant. So it’s funny, we were like, I’m pregnant, right? Take your folic acid and that’s too late. The brain and spinal cord and the neural tube form and they’re like first couple days.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:14:58] So before you even know you’re pregnant, that’s happened. And so if you don’t have the higher folic acid, you don’t have all that stuff ready to go. We see deficits. We didn’t have to, like kind of try to play catch up with. So the best time to get into get started on this thing is if you think if you want to get pregnant or you’re thinking about getting pregnant the next six months or year, but if you’re already pregnant, we can definitely jump on each guy’s background.
