He shares his personal experience of heart damage during Covid and his journey to recovery. Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:04] Today we’re going to go over the substance I take more or less from my heart. So for those of you who don’t know, my heart was actually damaged during Covid, so, I figured out how to fix covet about four months in. And so we were pulling people in on the hospitals and stuff like that to fix them so they could survive. And so I was obviously inundated with really bad cases of Covid, and it messed up my heart. The, the further part of that story is that so what I would lay down at night, my heart would be really, really hard. What are those deals really that you’re like, that’s not right. I’ve never felt this before. This is a bad thing. And that was that carried on for about 18 months. And then, I use ketamine to. There’s a long story. I was trying to, you know, wanted to take it to see how I felt so I could start talking about it. And that really heart beating and my higher heart rate, went away. But I’m still weary of the spike proteins that are out and that I’m getting, inundated with. I still see people who have it all the time. So these are things I’m taking specifically for my heart. Some these really very beneficial for you guys.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:01:16] So. Well, the first one is, and I, you guys can see this, but natto. Okay. Nice. And again you can get all these in the pillars of wellness. Dot com store. If you guys get there, the proceeds go to the charity Tree of Lifestyle to help with veterans and first responders of PTSD, depression, addiction, anxiety attack. So natto Chinese, it kind of helps dyes the blood vessels. It keeps the, it decreases the chance of clotting. It it allows more oxygen to flow through the blood vessels. This is a big one. It’s also an antioxidant. This helps keep the the blood vessels open and oxygen flowing. And it’s going to keep you body form. Breaking down, cycling, throwing the blood and creating any clotting stuff. So it helps reduce. That’s not necessarily a blood thinner. If you’re on heparin or Coumadin or something like that, I would check with your doc about it. But another time. This is a great one for everybody to take who is not on specific webinars. This one’s really, really awesome. It is on most people’s protocols for covet and long Covid, that type of thing. It’s on a lot of my everyday, protocols for people, but it is a major player in my long Covid protocol as well. CoQ10. So CoQ10. I’m not sure that on CoQ10, is two big pieces on this one.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:02:50] One it’s a real powerful antioxidant. And real quick, when I talk about antioxidants, they’re kind of the things that fight the reactive oxidative stress. So when I talk about oxidative damage free radicals, when we talk about reactive oxygen stress, all that sort of stuff, antioxidants, what we use to fight oxidative stress. So antioxidants fight oxidative stress, cognitive is also hyper critical in the mitochondria. This is as far as when we’re making energy, when we’re making ATP. When you make ATP, there’s something called the electron chain transport system. Cookie tends very, very important for that piece. With so you tend you guys make a lot more ATP. You make a lot fewer free radicals. Without it, if you run out, your body makes a lot less ATP and a whole lot more free radicals. So long short of that one. You want more ATP? This is the body actually runs on when your body breaks down fat or breaks down carbohydrates. To make energy. We use we we break it down in free form ATP. Again, calories are nonsense. Your body doesn’t run calories. There is no chemical equation that has a calorie in it. You rely on ATP. So creation of ATP is very important if you want to lose weight. If you want to burn fast, we have to turn that fat into ATP to get to that or we release the fat one of it. There’s no burning of anything.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:20] So the cookie is really, really important for both creation of ATP and for breaking down those free radicals that are created from the body trying to make ATP without having all the chemicals or needs. But it’s also it’s really, really powerful in the heart because your heart uses lots of ATP. Guess what its primary fuel source is, by the way, your primary fuel source is LDL cholesterol and VLDL. So that horrible, terrible the LDL is bad for you. It’s the number one thing your heart wants to eat. In fact, if your heart eats carbohydrates, you’re screwed. So, you need to use your, cooking tendencies. Your heart can function. Your brain also is one of the number one users of ATP. I know this isn’t a brain thing, but as a neuro guy, everything’s a brand. Come to me. So your brain can definitely the oxygen from that time. Next, it’s definitely need to cook your turn to help produce ATP so it can function. It’s always funny. Whenever we work on dementia, Alzheimer’s in mice or any neurodegenerative disease, the first thing I try to do is radically increase the ATP. And that has tremendous benefits. So, because again, suit your brain runtime. So Parkinson’s a big player for both their heart and your brain. I would 100% make sure that you guys are taking some of this.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:05:35] So I take two of these twice a day. These are 200mg. That’s more than I make. I am a big proponent personally and you can make your own decisions on this one. I really give my body more of the nutrients it needs because I don’t know about the absorption function. I don’t know how much alive you need that day. I don’t know. Like, for instance, I was in the sun a lot yesterday and so my body has to regenerate and heal from that as well. Again, it’s like when you’re sun all day and you’re extra tired, your body and other new stuff to get going again. So, so, you know, the extra care you tend to take helps with stuff like that. So, the normal person, one of these twice a day would be just fine. This is quite a bit. I’m also bigger than a lot of you guys. So one twice a day and I could do 10 to 200mg twice a day is going to be fantastic. Now. I have never had an issue sleeping, taking violence, or cooking tan or doing coffee enemas for good or bad. You might. So it’s possible that CoQ10 can create some issues where it messes with your sleep. So if it does, don’t take it at night. But most of us are going to take it breakfast, lunch and you’ll be fine. So, an ice cream. So I season several of my programs, Nancy’s inner self sustain it. Even c helps detoxify the body.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:06:55] So if you’re familiar with previous iron, we were found mostly in the liver. When we talk about Lewis iron and does x, Y, and Z, it’s in the liver. Because Brutus iron really exists for very short periods between the cells are interstitial in a C turns into glucose, iron in between the blood vessels, in between the tissues in that cellular crystal and matrix. That is so super important. So, Lewis has fantasies of taking the liver, but now he’s going to help more throughout the body, clean up free radicals and stuff like that. So when we talk about free radicals, we talk about oxidative damage, especially from things are produced by the musculature, by the mitochondria. I want to make sure that the heart has got all that stuff cleaned up, because when we are planning around the heart, that’s the worst. And yeah, free radical damage. That reactive oxygen stress is what causes the plaque. It’s not the amount of cholesterol you have, it’s the amount of damage to cholesterol that you allow.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:07:54] So and again, you get that damage to cholesterol from seed oils. So those fake bad oils create what’s called lipid oxidation. Lipid poor oxidation is damage to fat LDL is fat. So if you’re damaging the LDL, it’s going to turn into nasty stuff, hence the blocking. So no seed oils and the high glycemic snacks got to go. So the vast majority of these processed foods you’ve got to get rid of. So outside of that DNA, if you have a queen, turn that stuff up. So now the other thing that I use, and this is one of the things you can’t get online, is, you know, I get in my office, we can ship it. But the big one, this is liquid finite. We have this made for the office. This is the thing that I figured out was hypercritical to, covet. So it’s funny, as I did testing, I started using quite are working really great. And then about, I think a year after I started using it, the government did significant research showing that quinine makes us right. Knocks the spike protein off the Ace2 receptor site, allowing the blood vessels I out. So the government has known to use quinine for since, like, a year after it came out. Nobody said anything.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:09:06] So the other thing we would do is we use the quinine. Who would knock the spike protein off the Ace2 receptor, say allowing a blood vessel to dilate back out, open back up, and we put them in a hyperbaric chamber, which also all the hospitals had, hyperbaric oxygen, the oxygenation of the tissue by 1,000%. And that’s how we were saving everybody. So we were like, oh, how did you figure it out? I realized it was a bachelor issue from the start. We had to start addressing the vascular issues. The number one thing that we I’ve used or we’ve used as a group, as a people for a long time for blood vessel vaso spasms are to dilate back up blood vessels is quite nice. These are all over, all the time. It’s been around for Scott since, like. 580. I can sit around for a long time. We’ve known about it a long time. It also has really well with malaria. So kind of finding other things that help with malaria and parasitic infections from the mid tropic region are what we’re using to fight, Covid. So ivermectin, which is a massive like world, won the Nobel Prize for Anti-parasitic tropical medicine, I want to say in 2016. And quinine, which we’ve used forever. It’s actually what allowed the, British to finish the Panama Canal. Long funny story on that one. But so quite I’m going to use for a long time.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:10:20] So that’s how I need to use it. And it hyperbaric, it’s obviously used for over pro athletes, sinkers, oxygenation of the tissue. So that’s what we did. It works perfectly. I put it on Facebook, I put it on YouTube. And that’s one of the reasons for my YouTube. My Facebook are trashed. And I still think I’m like blackballed on Twitter on that one. So, but yeah, so that’s how it that’s what we did. That’s how we use it. So I use this every day. I take about. Yeah, I use a little shot glass. I took about three quarters of shot glass of it every day. And it helps my oxygenation helps everything else. So, this is what I do for heart. You can get all of these things to the office. You can. You get the first three and that. Okay. Happiness back. And the cookie ten, online because one stock. So I would do that one.
