Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:03] I was talking about body mind and we were talking about Covid. The the problem we’re going to get into is not just the shock is everybody talking about, you know, the vaccine and the study, but with a, you know, like a 1.7 million kids and, you know, a bunch of them had myocarditis. But the only only the kids who had the vaccine had myocarditis are talking about that paper that came out. The thing is, is yeah, those kids are have have issues and we guys aren’t worried about it because myocarditis is a thing you got to worry about. And if you’re a kid with myocarditis that is not easily resolved. You’ve got long term, massive, massive issues. So what we have to kind of recognize is that the kids, everyone who got vaccinated has that issue. And we got to start working on that and trying to figure that out immediately. But everybody else does, too.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:54] What we need to not lose sight of and the evidence is all out and factual now, and it’s no longer a conspiracy theory. It is proven fact that this is a biological weapon that was built in the lab that, you know, Fauci in the United States government paid for and had helped in developing. And what we don’t know is how it got out and how everybody got it. But we do know it was a biological weapon made by our by the NIH, funded by the United States government and China, and that they lied about it as much as they possibly could. But we found out the truth. So keep that in mind. The thing that it does is it’s a vascular problem. It constricts the blood vessels, decreasing oxygen flow, nutrient flow and waste removal from the cell. What that does is reduces oxygen to the cell and it maintains metabolic waste around the cell, which is one of the in that metabolic waste is also has a lot of reactive oxygen, stress free radical damage involved. And so that is the cocktail we get for cancer. Low oxygen, high sugar high is a high metabolic waste.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:02:02] That’s that’s you know, when we talk about how you get cancer, that’s how you get it. The the issue we’re seeing with cardiovascular health, with neurologic health, same exact thing. You mix diabetes in this and you’ve got you’ve got dementia, Alzheimer’s, epilepsy, all sorts of massive depression issues. So we’re going to see that. And the problem that we’re going to get into is that by the time we start really seeing it, which is, you know, we’ll start the docs will start seeing it individually in two years, maybe three. You can see it now if you’re looking for it, but like I see it all the time, But in about 2 or 3 years, it’s going to be one of those things where I think we’re going to see it enough in our practice that we’re all going to start talking about it. And five years from now it’s going to be a thing that this is all going to come back in the news five years from now. And it seems like, you know, all these horrible long-covid issues, you know, everybody seems to be having issues. You know, it’s bad for everybody. And the problem is, is that the longer you let stuff like this wait, the substantially worse it gets long term.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:03:06] This isn’t one of those things where you’ll just get you’ll heal and you’ll get better. This is one of those things where you’ll slowly get worse over time if you don’t start to correct this. You know, the the ideas of nano kinase bromelain Nancy are great. You know, those are fantastic. We use a lot of not okay. And I see a lot of NASA when the stuff that we do so you know the need to increase is go 2000 times your body detoxify the natural kind of substance like the blood vessel. I will tell you the other two things you’re going to want to add into this is Aloes and Erythritol. Those are non those are basically ketone sweeteners. They’re non they don’t affect insulin functionality, which is why they’re keto and they have two other functionalities. One allulose helps decrease blood sugar regardless and erythritol it helps dilate blood vessels and keep them healthy.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:00] So the research on that showing reduction in arterial sclerosis, which is how hard the arteries are and dilate small blood vessels like in the brain, in the hands and the feet and heart and stuff like that. So the research is a big one. To add in quinine on a regular basis is something we’re using to get the blood vessels dilated. Quinine is a vasodilator. It’s what I’ve been using to treat Covid for since the beginning. And the last time I talked about this like this, I got kudos social media because it was during Covid. But hopefully now that, you know, we’re having a little bit more freedom and this is also our next we can actually start listening to some of us, if I am going to be talking about in the next couple weeks about vaccines and stuff like that, I’m only going to talk about on X, So I would jump over and make sure you guys follow me. I’m X for that because I’m still not. So that down with the idea that Facebook and Instagram are those guys.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:54] Let me let me talk about it. Let’s go check it out on X. I’ll give you special ones on X for it. Well, this is something that we all need to kind of start to recognize that this is a thing that we’ve got to kind of figure out and start working through because it is problematic for everybody. We’re starting to see it in kids. I have I have had probably a dozen or more either directly working with or tangentially working with 25, 20, 25 to 30 year olds who are very healthy, like athletes like you, like if you like, and you’re like, man, like, awesome. Be young. Die from the vaccine. They’ve had heart issues. So it is something that it’s not just in the news or something we’re seeing in our in our clinical practices. At least I am. Quite a bit.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:05:47] So I don’t think that’s going to. I think you’re going to see a big die off from vaccine function. It’s people quick getting the vaccine. We’re going to see the people who had 1 or 2 have problems and we’re going to see people who didn’t have any start have problems with it as well. This is one of the things you guys need to look at and start pushing back against. Clean up your diet. Get your hormones back where they’re supposed to be. Specifically testosterone, because you have to be able to heal from this. That’s the thing. The more testosterone you have, the better you can heal. Plus, you oftentimes get an increasingly told hemoglobin in hematocrit. So where your hemoglobin hematocrit is, what carries the oxygen in your blood. So it’s really a good thing to do. Now, on the other side of that, it can’t you can’t get too much H and H and that becomes problematic as well.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:06:31] But it’s it’s it’s not a thing that happens that much. It happens and you got to watch for it. That’s why we pull blood every couple of months. Like, you know, we do it 3 or 4 every three, 3 or 4 months. You got to do that. But it’ll help out quite a bit. Like, there’s a lot of people who you’ll see really benefit from it. That’s awesome. And the testosterone really increase our age and age. So I had a patient who was 85, had kidney cancer and they had, you know, remove from his kidneys and give him a transplant the whole deal. And for years, they couldn’t figure out how to get his hemoglobin hematocrit levels to normalize. And so finally, I talked him into doing this resource road and within like six weeks, his HGH normalized. So, you know, almost six years without it, without getting normalized, being fatigued all the time, then six weeks on testosterone, bang. HGH back here is supposed to be no more fatigue. Feels great. 85. So he’s 85 years old.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:07:25] So those are some of the things we see with that. We’ve got to get those levels back up. And then we got to start kind of monitoring sugars and stuff like that, because if you’re starting to have your blood vessels condense down, which that’s where a lot of this is, you’re going to start having oxygen problems and you’re going to have problems with fertility, you’re going to problems with mental clarity. You’re going to have all sorts of fatigue issues. So it’s highly problematic. One of the things we’ve been using a lot, especially during Covid, was hyperbaric oxygen. I’ve had a couple of patients that I’ve followed my route will do sleep studies and then we’ll give them a CPAp. And because they’re doing an CPAp like an oxygen concentrator to it. And so now we’re blowing pure oxygen. And then these people, while they’re asleep. And it’s been phenomenal.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:08:09] I do this that’s we got I started doing that myself and that’s how we started working with other people. It’s fantastic. So if you have a CPAp, I would highly recommend you look at adding some push for oxygen into it as well. 5 or 10l doesn’t matter. Ten is better, but five at work. So that’s been really beneficial for functional long term health and we can help you guys get that together. If you’re if you’re confused on that or don’t know where you’re going with that. Those things are going to be major, major things as we go down the road, because what’s happening is that you’re be like, Man, I’m kind of tired and people go, Well, your stress is high and maybe your day is not perfect. And, you know, we’re all kind of tired, so it’s not that big of a deal. Or you’re getting older, which everybody who goes in the doctor’s like, Doc, I’m starting to get tired more often. Like you’re getting older, like that’s what you’re going to hear. Or, you know, maybe you should change your diet or do you exercise.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:09:03] And obviously all those things need to be looked at and done. But the problem is, is that if you’re not starting to look at your blood vessels and, you know, oxygenation of tissue and that type of thing, mild exercise, check your pulse ox. Is your heart rate too high? Is your pulse ox not what it needs to be? These things are some of the stuff that we need start looking at as is markers for long term health. So if you guys are having issues with that, if you guys have any questions about that stuff, get a hold the office. And what kind of help you get where you need to go as far as what supplements are taken. Any hormone things as you do our dietary things that’ll help out on say the lower the glycemic for most people, the lower the glycemic, the better. I think I told the story the other day.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:09:45] I had a patient who was on Carnivore and she was always starting to tired. And I was like, All right, well, let me see what you’re eating. And she was she nailed it. Like, man, it was it was perfect for a carnivore diet. We polled her blood sugars with the CGM, and they were, you know, too low. And so we had to move her to we had to add in more carbohydrates for her because that’s how her body needed to go. So you want to lower glycemic, maybe not keto, maybe not carnivore, but definitely lower glycemic that can be beneficial for pretty much everybody. Now, if you’re one of those people who just cannot gain weight at all, think you’re like, Man, I try. I take all the protein I work out, I just can’t get any weight without ones a little bit different. So get a hold of us and help you with that. But lower the glycemic index all your foods, the better.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:10:35] So take a look at that. If you need help with that, you know, we can go with that. That’s not super difficult. My guess is that there’s going to be you out there who can do it. The problem is, is that they’re going to be stuck in a color model because most people use calories, which is they shouldn’t. It should be a full macro function because the macros correspond to hormones. Carbohydrates save fiber, but so your sugar carbohydrates are insulin, proteins, glucagon. You’ve got fiber is going to help with leptin and grilling. So, you know, that’s how these things play together. So if you’re if you’re not basing on hormone function for basing on caloric function, you’re going to miss the metabolic boat almost completely. Because anybody who says that, you know, a sugar, which is four calories and a protein, which is four calories, you know, if you’re using calories, you’re telling me there’s no argument to this.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:11:26] If you’re telling me that you believe the calorie system, you’re telling me that sugars and proteins work exactly the same way in the body, which is ludicrous. So you’re going to have to ditch the calories, Miles. You know the macro set. But you guys need help with that. You know, give us a call. Find somebody who who understands the metabolic function. Find somebody who understands that you’ve got to do something now to increase your health and wellness, to maintain long term health, because this kind of thing is going to push back into your real heart. So because all your questions drop in the comments or, you know, give us a call plus one second. Thanks for your time. You guys have a fantastic day and I’ll try to do something less depressing tomorrow.
