Dr. Jerry Lewis is a pain management specialist in with offices in Frisco and Irving, TX, double board certified by the American Board of Pain Medicine and the American Board of Anesthesiology. He specializes in chronic pain management, including lower back pain, sciatic pain, neuropathic pain, etc. Dr. Lewis not only provides treatment for pain, but he also works to diagnose and find the source to manage it more accurately. His main goal is to improve his patients’ quality of life and allow them to have full function of their body without pain or discomfort. With over 28 years of experience in pain management, Dr. Lewis can provide customized treatment plans to meet the needs of each patient he treats.

At Lewis Pain & Physical Medicine, Dr. Lewis provides a wide array of treatments to manage the pain of his patients. To treat back pain, he performs several procedures such as vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, epidural steroid injections, sacroiliac injections, radiofrequency ablation, etc. As a part of regenerative therapy for pain, he provides stem cell therapy and PRP therapy. Dr. Lewis also offers cortisone steroid injections for joint pain and trigger point injections for muscle pain. Additionally, he offers diagnostic testing to help determine the origin of existing pain. Dr. Lewis is also an authorized prescriber of Medical Cannabis through the Compassionate Use Act.
Education & Training
After obtaining his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma Medical School, Dr. Lewis went on to complete his residency in anesthesiology in 1993 at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, TX. During the residency, he completed additional training in pain management.
