Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:04] Maybe it’s flu. A flu B maybe now working on flu for a long time. And flus usually taking 48 hours knock out, hiding through high lysine and we got none. This is not responding. We had to reformulate some of our stuff a couple times to get it to really knock the stuff out. So whatever it is. Like I said, I don’t know if it’s where I want to be, but it’s also set to be wrapped with some type of weird bacteria. So a lot of times we’ve had to use a small Coriolis to reset some of the stuff where a lot of you are having to turn to antibiotics. And luckily we have had to have antibiotics. You know, my kids have had to have antibiotics like it’s a thing and antibiotics they live. So let’s make sure we keep that in mind. There are some horrible, terrible, always evil things. They’re oftentimes very, very needed and very, very good work. So it’s not that sideways. But if we have to use them, we’ve got to go back and repair the damage it’s happened from. So typically what we’ll do is we kind of we have run this, you know, as a standard get reset. You know, regardless of people coming out, we test the guy. Yes. Have celiac or whatever lots of times is that governs kind of the base function for a lot of health. We’ve got to do that. So this is kind of where we walk through it.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:01:24] The first thing we’re always going to do is we assess how bad this is because as you get into it, you’re killing yeast and parasites and stuff like that. If your detox organs are not ready for it, you’re going to get sick. You’re going to get the detox reaction steals like the flu. You’re rundown. It’s miserable. So we do kidney cancer packs, just three sheets of flannel, each one individually. So castor oil applied directly to the skin and then cover it with piece of plastic and put a form for a heating pad on top of that, right on top of the kidneys. The exact inches of that crack all across the back, about four inches. That’s works really, really well for detoxifying the kidney. So start there. Kidneys are using the the limiting reagent, the one that gets the most pressure and then the drink lots of water. So that’s my primary thing. The next thing is that we always start by telling her sites the parasites are going to eat your probiotics. They’re going to, you know, hold the space open for you. So for growth and lots and lots of times, you know, people take probiotics. I do all the right things. But since they don’t kill the parasites first, the parasites just eat all the probiotics and it just takes you back down to square zero or square one where we’re going squares. So kill those off you can use. Ivermectin are actually pretty good at it. The one one we just formulated is really good at it. Yeah. What we used to do that I still recommend it. So this is a novel option. Are coffee enemas, coffee, animal cleaning, the colon, antibiotic oral system and the liver better than anything else that you’re going to have access to, And it’s also the cheapest one.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:03:00] So, you know, very rarely do you get the best, the fastest or the cheapest function out of the same thing. But for for you to kind of hold that space for a lot of people. So caffeine is also a great option to kill those bugs. So once those are gone or you’ve got them mostly out of control, the next thing we want is we want to start killing off the yeast. Black human seed works really well for this. Like Guillotine also works for molds. There’s a lot of yeast and molds kind of run together. RFA is great for that one. It’s a product we have here in the office. That’s how much this is a wells. And so with that, those will kill the yeast mold overgrowth. So those are usually the two that we’re going to use the mousetrap if you want to use a medical option by fluke and I Staten are also on the list as far as I could use. So telling those as you as you’re trying to cold on the east you fill up parasites. The next thing you’re going to want to do is now start regenerating the gut flora. Now I’m a big fan of salt once we use them all the time, Claire Labs makes a great one. We have a really good one. There’s a bunch of good probiotics out there. So what you’re going to do, great. I want you to submit, I think so much fantastic. But I highly recommend that you also eat fermented foods, sauerkraut, kimchi, kabuki, like all the all the fermented stuff. Get that stuff in you. That will help tremendously. You know, the gut flora needs to be more than just 1 or 2 things.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:32] You know, doing a wide variety of different probiotic supplementation is also very good. Look at the back and see what what strains are in there. We usually use a couple of different ones, like I mentioned, to help rebuild the gut. Now, your gut lining is most likely also going to be torn up. So this is a research document and college and back end. This is a researcher man by the name of he you know, those really, really big ones. So yeah, in corals I get three fatty acids. Are big for this one. Now, the other thing is that when we start looking at the guy, we’re of talking about regenerating, rebuilding it. One of the things that, you know, I’m sure you guys I hope you guys who care about this, find out what are the things you really guys are doing as we got sort of knocking out all of the processed foods, reading the chemicals that are processed foods, the dyes, the negative, you know, how to make a six seed oils. Those things are tearing your gut up. It’s not just making you sick somewhere. It’s tearing up your gut. So you’ve got to get that stuff as much less of out as you possibly can. You know, like, there’s usually what I want people through the summer. Give me your ten favorite foods, and I’ll be like, Here’s how we can, you know? Add this one in. Offset this to do that kind of stuff. But the biggest thing is just get all the process out you can.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:05:48] You know, it’s funny because they have a lot of people who this isn’t for everyone, but they have a lot of people who are pretty reactive to milk and then they drink runoff and they’re totally fine. Which is interesting because it’s not that they’re allergic to milk. It’s they’re allergic to the processing and has none to it. So I think I’m a big fan of milk. I won’t I was very off button decreases as inflammatory things are going to be really really beneficial in helping the gut heal. Reset now if you’re an adult. I mean, if you’re if you’re over 20 and your testosterone is low, your gut sense, it’s going to take a lot longer period to heal testosterone to the healing hormone. It is Testosterone is extremely natural. I fight this fight all the time because George W Bush is really a jock convincing everybody it’s a social club, after all. But it is right. It makes it the natural putting more testosterone. Your body is very natural. It is more natural. The taking. I don’t see you fighting doesn’t make fights. So when you get into a natural argument, this all sorts highly natural. You get a soft structure, male heels, a big one. Also, in many cases will increase the blood cells, which is going to deliver more oxygen to body. That’s very important. That’s important. The other thing we’ve used a lot for ulcerative colitis and celiac said to have regeneration there is BP 157 and TV5 hundred now -43 uses that all the time for her arthritis. That’s what she doesn’t use any medical medications anymore or Celebrex or anything else like that. And she raves about how great it is for her arthritis.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:07:25] The thing I have seen myself with is regenerating gut tissue and brain tissue. So we’re working on dementia. We’re working on gut issues. I think it’s fantastic. So those are what we use that one for. So that’s going to help every something. Now, here’s the big thing. I talk about this a lot, but you’ve got to start thinking about your psychological stance. How are you are stressed out wise? Is going to have a direct 100% correlated effect on your gut. So when you’re stressed out, you get to watch all the sympathetic states fight flight, freeze. It is the opposite of parasympathetic, which is resting, digesting. If you want your gut to heal, if you want to digest, you want to listen to work properly. You need to be calm down to be in a very sympathetic state. So if you’re stressed out, we got to start working on your stressed out all your psychological function or you’re doing it, you know, So that’s going to take, you know, some work as well. You cannot be healthy. This is what the whole colors of all this is about. You cannot be healthy with your mind kind of going crazy. So if you’re if you’re always stressed out, if you’re worried about stuff, that’s the thing. You’re going to have problems. And in your gut, we look at ulcers, doing all sorts of stuff. So just real quick, there’s a whole bunch of real quick when you get stressed out, when you shift in that sympathetic state, your body stops producing hydrochloric acid.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:08:50] So what is happening is because you have you don’t have a fill citrate appear to draw your gut. You quit producing the picture to start producing for three or 4 or 5 and ends up happening is that your body continually asks for more acid because it works slower, not more acid. This is where guard comes from. So here’s the other issue. You know, lack to be terrible is acids are not strong enough to kill this pylori. Each cell is has work as it is for killing pylori. So when you start having these priorities, when you start having ulcers, we start we start having the hydrochloric acid. You allow the H pylori there. H My Lords, with the ulcers, that’s really also strep throat. So it kind of goes to the whole body and shuts off everything you got. So getting your mental piece under control is really, really important. Now it’s very, very difficult unless you actively work at it, because right now we’ve got so many things to do for us. We’ve got, you know, social media, which I, I, I bet you I don’t know for sure because I’m a senior. Social media is somewhat like my where it is not some saying shut sunshine and rainbows on every single post I half of it at least is pretty negative stuff you know saying my gosh, Trump’s doing great, Trump’s doing bad. The do thing. There’s a war over here. I it’s it’s always something, you know, fear sells pretty well. So it’s all over the place.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:10:15] So you’ve got that bombarding you, you’ve got all of life’s things, you’ve got your kids, you get everybody sick right now, you know, people are worried about that. So we’ve got to start figuring out ways where we can kind of detach from, you know, this is where we talk about gratitude, is where we talk about, you know, exercise is where we talk about specifically doing things throughout the day to flip how our nervous systems are set from that sympathetic back to the person with that. So, you know, this is a thing for kids to like. It’s one of those deals where you have to understand. The level of stress that you have that you’re like, Well, I’m an adult. I have a lot more stress than kids. And you are correct. There’s no argument about that. However, if you’re used to a five and you get a 4 or 5 stress altogether, if you’re used to a one and you get a three stress level, it’s really, really bad. Well, guess what? Even though the amount of stress your kids are having is less than yours, it’s still a lot for that. You got have will get it comparatively. So you know that’s how what’s going on with with the kids too. So if you’re noticing your kid doesn’t got to choose when you start making sure that we work on their psychological function as well. And this isn’t one of those things where they need, you know,.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:11:25] However, in therapy, even though it’s beneficial for everybody, it’s how you think it’s it’s like, you know, how are we focusing on what’s going on? This is like this is where the whole there’s a lot of things in the graduates category. This is how we set branches that that open loop of outside looking for things that make you happy that you’re grateful for your throughout the day. You know, setting intentionally setting those parameters up help to reset the way that you bring your body literally functions. So, you know, getting those things back together is really important. But that’s how we’re resetting the gut. And you know, it this wouldn’t be a big issue if we had good, clean food with not a lot of trash in it and we weren’t constantly poisoned by our environment. So, you know. I’m hoping that if RFK gets in, then he will start helping with food dyes and all the trash that’s in our environment. And we won’t be as we won’t have as much toxicity and this thing will get easier and easier. But until then, we’re going to have to start working really hard to keep our guts on because the gut your health lives and dies in your gut. Your gut is supportive eventually for everything that you can say. So, you know, when you put something in your mouth, you chirping solid. It’s not literally not in your body yet.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:12:45] The way we define this is that once it’s been absorbed to your gut because it’s in your bloodstream, then it’s in your body. So the things that you’re eating aren’t getting into your body unless they’re absorbed properly inside your guts, Master. You can eat the best stuff in the world. You can take muscle into the world. It’s not going to get there if it gets nonstop. So getting the gut reset is this is what I’m talking about. This is the basis for all of our all our health. Because you don’t get the good chemicals in your script that just flat out the the detox waters, the coffee. And Mr. Keating has your facts. That’s not going to waste out of the body. So getting that detox stuff out so you’re getting your waste out. But here’s the here’s the irritatingly ridiculous thing. Your body, your body excretes waste and it fixes the body with nutrients. If you don’t get the nutrients in, you’re going to have a problem getting the waste out as well. So instead of one of those chicken egg meals, that’s why some people start with a detox a day before you start with food. Fill your body with the proper nutrients. Hope that helps at least a little bit about orders and really beneficial for a lot of people.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:13:56] The only other thing that we do is we reset the electromagnetic frequency, the body we get in this one day. I do this are talking about how you can look this all up. What we’re finding is that all matter is not solid. It’s basically frequencies of light, vibration, vibrational frequencies of light, electromagnetic spectrum, frequencies, life. And so you can literally reset the way your body functions on a quantum scale with electromagnetic stuff. So the upside of that is that we can get rid of allergies, we can, you know, really help people get better. We can reset the electromagnetic frequencies of the body and that helps everything to communicate, which is great. The downside is that it means that any time you run an electromagnetic field, it could be creating problems with your body, which is what we see with EMF. So you guys are talking about EMF. Maybe it’s a thing, maybe it’s not. It is a thing. It’s just how much is it affecting your individual person? It’s a little bit different.
