There is an urgent need to address health challenges by emphasizing prevention and education rather than relying solely on treatments. Key points include the dangers of processed foods, tackling root causes of chronic illnesses, and the importance of diet and exercise in managing conditions like diabetes and depression. A shift toward holistic approaches is highlighted, demonstrating how small, proactive steps can significantly improve overall well-being.

Additionally, it explores the impact of toxins in everyday life and their connection to the obesity epidemic, urging a return to clean, natural eating habits. Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:04] So today is Inauguration Day. And regardless of if you love Trump or hate Trump, I mean, the world’s changing today. We’ve already got a release of the hostages and release, which is going on for a long time. We got those guys when to get released. Lots and lots and lots of things are going to happen. As far as health goes. No one is more excited about that than I am. You know, very hard. I mean, he’s he’s happy about that, perhaps. Lots and lots and lots of massive change. We’ve already started to see the world start to change. You know, Zucker came out and. Came out and said that, you know, he was going to stop all this censorship on Facebook and Instagram, which even if you just kind of by 50, 60% would be a massive check. There is so much stuff. Yeah. As someone who’s felt that personally, you know, in 2020, when I posted how I was treating Covid and how we were successful in helping people survive, you want to also say read, right? I posted the trigger that I was using. That’s just the whole thing. It crashed on social media for quite a while. You know, it’s been bad since, you know, I’ve been saying things on YouTube and it’s got my YouTube banned. And apparently, from what I told my Google reps as distorted by Google organic ranking as well. So as someone who’s who’s felt that in his business and in his personal life, I’m excited about that. Cheering and that, you know, Trump isn’t here, you know, not until apparently. 1201 because we need massive, massive, massive changes are going to take place.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:01:46] The big thing is, is that, you know. When things change and lots of things change, it’s easier That disruption, that vibrational disruption. It’s easier, sir. Changing things in us as well. We’re going to have to change things. We’re probably going to find new cereals. Please, God, stop eating cereal at some mercy. So anyway, yeah, we’re going to have more information out about vaccines. We’re going to more information out about the drug for taking and how we’re taking them. And we’re going to get lots and lots more information about everything that’s going on. So lots of things are going to change. My suspicion is that we’re going to see more change in the next hundred days than we have from our government the past ten years. So it’s going to be a massive, massive shift and it’s going to be a great time for everybody to get things moving And. With that said, if you have big time for rooting hard to figure out where they’re going, it’s a great time to start reevaluating. What’s going on is getting more information. You know, it’s funny because as we talk about the red dye for it and red dye three and all this stuff, people ask me questions about what is all this stuff and why does it cause cancer? When did we find out that it cause cancer? When I was like 40 years ago. They’re like, Wait, what? Like, it’s just been calling me for a long time. It’s going to be it’s really crazy.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:03:10] You know, when we start finding out, you know, about all the different, you know, toxic compounds that are in our medications and our scenes that have never been tested, ever, ever, whenever it seems like they had tested, you know, fully and they’re completely safe, that’s almost a lie that they’ve never been tested fully. They never tested double in clinical studies against not doing it. So it’s going to be very, very interesting as the information starts coming out, as we start figuring out, you know, all the different things that have been going on around the world. There’s a lot of stuff going around around the world that we have a very poor opinion of. We have bad information. The Russia thing, the the Middle East stuff. I’ll just leave that one completely alone. You got to start figuring out what’s going on over there. It’s going to be. It’s going to be actually fun to watch. So the so are these top five things that were going to change this year. I think we’re going to finally come out and discuss the toxicity of childhood vaccines. I think we’re going to see a lot of that. I’d like to see some more information about why the Russia war happened. I’d like to see some more information about what’s actually going on and why everybody’s mad about Israel. That would be very interesting to see. That would he wants a vaccine that would massively shock the world. That one’s going to be interesting. But I think we’re going to get a lot more of is we’re going to start pointing out how many things are in our food there, wildly toxic and are killing us and how we’ve known it for a long time and then nothing about it. I think that hits a lot of people off. It’s eat a lot of stuff change. That’s great.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:52] Hopefully if we see more removal of suppression, we can start telling you guys how to do stuff. Diet. So diabetes, super easy effects. We should we should not be getting insulin. We should not be going to people my former. We should primarily teach people about glycemic functionality. We should be teaching about insulin resistance, insulin functionality. We should be talking about that kind of stuff. We shouldn’t be just having medications. I would love to see a rebirth of the depression and the way we treat addiction and other I would treat mental illness the way we treat the PTSD. And that’s the stuff that we phenomenal. We’ve known for a long time how to fix depression. It’s just if we don’t have a drug to sell for it, we won’t tell people. And just as I talked with slot credits, exercise, testosterone and cleaning, your got to produce more serotonin. But that is by far the very best way research and whole deal. But we don’t talk about that because we don’t sell drugs off of that information. Basically, all of our health care is based around if we could sell a drug for it with a drug, if we can’t sell a drug, we will not tell you about it. And that needs to change because we do need to get healthier again. And that’s the thing at stake. People talk about how expensive insurance as if she were just if we were all healthier, would use less insurance.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:06:07] So it’s going to be a big deal. So that’s going to be that’s something I think a lot of the sort of stuff, the the the alternatives that we have for a lot of stuff. For instance, I’ve got some guys who I’m working with through gnarly programing and psychedelics to break their addiction to alcoholism. So like that I do. So they do the other Ted talk. You’re right. But that’s going to be one of those things that we’re going to start to see, I think, come through. It’s going to be really, really, really fun. I’d like to see a little more peace, which I think we’re going to get. It’s funny because Zelinski came out. He was like, you know, if Trump gets in, who works good? And everybody kind of does it. So it’s going to be it’s really, really, really, really interesting how that actually does. The big thing is, is that, like I said, it’s all about mindset. It’s all about where we’re going to go with it. If we if we take this change with a really positive mindset and we can apply it to ourselves and help, what we talk about is moving to the cause side of the question. And so we have to kind of two places to be when we have a problem, we can be doing the cost side or the effect side, the effect size. The victim had been telling us this, you know, why did this happen to me? This is so miserable. I’m so sad. This is so terrible.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:07:25] And the cons side is we’re going to do something about it. We’re going to cause the change to happen. And so a lot of times when we start having a lot of disruption, we can take a step back and be like, all right, my life is being changed for me or to me, how we want to look at it and turn around be like for reasons that are optional and to regulate, what am I going to do? What changes in my life that are going to propel my life in the direction I want to go. And so that’s always a big thing. When we work with people within our pay, we always sit down like, okay, here’s the problem. What are you going to do about it? And that’s the thing. When we moved to the car side of the equation, everything starts to get better. And I feel like the country in a lot of areas is moving to the car side of the equation. We’re like, our food is toxic. Well, we’re going to fix that. We’re going to ban the things that are toxic. We have pushed the things out. And really, if we just I really believe if we just gave everybody the information we would make, these changes are out. And the reason I believe that is that look at Red dye three. Look at all what are the people who are on Kellogg’s longs protesting about We’re not going to buy your stuff anymore. That’s why they made the change. Not because in response Australia because they knew that leaders of people want to change it. And so that’s great. People need to understand we can change the mindset. We don’t have to wait for a president. We can make the change ourselves as a society if we just like we’re going to quit buying your crap until you take the poison out of it, they’ll take the poison.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:08:47] Now they’ve already figured out how to make it for other countries. And so that’s all we’ve got to do. Now, the great thing is, is that if we can, you know, if we have someone who’s leading us through that charge, it’ll help out. So yeah, I’m a big fan of these are awesome things. I’m excited about the idea that Trump Summit and RFK Stadium, where you get a lot of big changes. I can’t wait to see the list of executive order to get through that just from a sit back and each awkward start so sincerely. The thing for yeah I for depression. So all the research around depression shows that exercise is the number one thing for it. I can reach all the neurology that bothers most people. It’s about excitation of the actual in the cerebellum prefrontal lobe, firing out, suppressing temporal function temporal for our fear or terror depression live. And so shutting that down by actively moving is a very common drive. So exercise is number one. The problem is that most people don’t have the energy or the ability to heal, regenerate after they work out. So we’ve got to go with the soft. Sharon It’s one of the other key components that was the natural only right requires for healing and regeneration. But all your search hormones, then your got your adrenals produce adrenaline and epinephrine, which is extremely important for your brain. So cleaning your gut out, getting the yeast toned down, healing the parasites, restoring the probiotic function, and then allowing the body to go, well, that’s a back up is great. You make certain that amino acid, tryptophan and so consuming proteins, is that just proteins? It’s fabulous for that. Collagen also help out.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:10:19] But that’s the way that we cycle out depression and then we fix the mindset function, which is us in the spiral and holes with, you know, you can do it with psychotherapy if you have a diagnosable issue or you can do it with I like using I’ll because it’s something that you’re actively working on, you just have somebody to kind of ask you questions and then you have you actually fix it. So it’s not it’s not really therapy. It’s more like coaching. It’s my favorite way to go. That’s what we use. That’s what I use. For me, it’s to use for my family. That’s what we teach, but that’s how we do the Depression piece. I could I could literally talk about that one for days because that’s, that’s, that’s biochemistry. Neurology and psychology is my favorite thing. So it’s, you know, I could I could go through that forever and ever added it up is super awesome. It’s like, it’s like taking ten years of. What would be coaching and convincing it into a year. So it’s it’s fantastic. But yeah, so, you know, right now we have a chance to really kind of alter our mindset into a position where we’re in a growth mindset where a positive function where like, Hey look, things are going to get changed and they’re going to change for the better. And then you can start preparing these things. How can I then, you know, benefit from these changes? How can I grow on top of this? You know, if we start building things that are in our food, you guys are going to have to find it. So you can either look at one of two ways you can be like, this has happened to me, or you can make this happen for me and you will be healthier. You may. It’s possible that you need some stuff that doesn’t taste the same. You’re going to get that for you.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:11:50] So it doesn’t maybe look the same, but it’s going to be better for you. So it’s a great time to start looking at other things if you’ve been in a routine for a long, long time. You know, we can start cleaning some of the stuff up. Yeah. Gut health will drastically change the amount of fat that you’re carrying, the amount of chemicals you’re consuming when you consume processed foods. It destroys the body on some different levels. The more processed food you eat, the more trash and dustier and you will hold the excess fat. So if you if you look at, you know, a lot of who we’re talking about, if you look at the beach pictures from the 60s and 70s, nobody was really fat from today. Nobody’s really fat with average fat. Well, if you go back and look over eating more, I mean, maybe a little bit. But what’s really changed is what we’re eating, the processing, the seed oils, the things that our body, you know, the high giant hypoglycemic function, you know, those are the things already doesn’t know how to process very well. You know, the higher stress that’s always been that’s always going to be the case. The stress psychologically breaks you down and destroys that function, too. So, you know, there’s a lot of that that’s going to be able to be helpful. You know, I’ve taken a lot of people and just who are, you know, who are overweight over fat. And we’ve moved into just, say, non processed diet, silly carbs, fat, all this stuff. And you know that those are the things that we move. It’s just say if it if it has more than one ingredient it has to come from nature no processing and they lost so much weight.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:13:20] So you know it’s great sleep eater somebody on that. There’s still a lot of things for you to look at in that way. So if you’re if you’re if you like, you wake up and you have to eat, usually it’s a glancing function. So what we’ll do, this is one of the ways we treat this. What do we get people collagen for the bad protein for? They give us the right to actually produce the sugar The brain needs to function the other way can be a catecholamines shear, which is a methylation function. So it’s a it’s a B vitamin function, if you will. So we also try to figure out kind of what’s going on as far as those are concerned, and they kind of dilute and clean it up. But if you wait around all night, you go to eat and you’re starving all night. That’s oftentimes a blood sugar issue. And you tell somebody who has continuous glucose monitors as well. But that’s one of those big things that we will check out so sooner than later. Yeah. So the other thing about bees is that when you when you’re testing bees, the ranges that they’re using aren’t right. Which is the vast majority of blood tests. Like they say, you know, you’re good. If you have 30 on three, you’re not. You need a lot more than 30. But my ranges are 80 to 120. So a lot of the bee like I’ve seen be 12, we were like, you’re at 800. That’s good. Get those. That’s what to be violence on a lot more than that depending on the person you stress what you’re doing. You know, we’ve had, I guess, to go up the 2000 range.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:14:38] So, you know, it’s one of those big things. Yes, I do think so. So here, since you ask the question, here’s a juicy one. What is your take on the rise of wellness centers? Are they going to take over the health care system in the next five, ten years? I sure as hell hope so. Am I. And this sounds terrible. And my, my my medical buddies that I know love me. And we understand this. My my comment is always that a health care provider is going to talk to you about diet, nutrition, exercise, supplementation, hormones and sleep and stress mitigation. Not, you have a sore throat. Here’s a pill. It’s it’s how do we stay healthy? How do we get healthy? How do we become stronger and well and more well and more vibrant? And the thing is that, you know, if you’re not throwing up, you don’t have a fever. That doesn’t mean you’re healthy. That doesn’t mean your. Well, like how how excited are you for life? How much do you want to get out and see the day? Like, you know, if you’re just laying around all day any of the energy to weigh and watch TV and eat Cheerios, you’re not you’re not healthy. You’re not well, like, where’s the energy? Get out and do things. Where do you know when do you feel good inside? Well, the number one thing we are missing in this country is mental health. Mental wellness.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:15:55] You know, it’s funny because you ask anybody, you know, and we can’t agree on anything in this country very much What you ask anybody is mental health important And damn near every single person with like. Absolutely. Mental health is important. Leo, what are you doing for it? They got nothing. Well, okay, we need to actually do these things. What we need to start to recognize is that health and wellness is something we have to actively pursue. We have to actively do things to become and stay healthy. So it’s the you got to walk, you got to run, you got to jog, you got to lift, which you got to eat the foods. You got to do the things. And that’s just kind of where you got to go. Yeah. Yeah. And, Matt, you want to talk about. You want to talk about cut out being cut off from community, cut off from society. Remember Covid? Remember how horrible it was, the gigantic raise of suicide. But yeah, that was, you know, we’ve got to get back to our community to go back to finding our people and being with our people. Things are circles and going on up. So it is it is such a big deal. So if we can get healthy, we can get back in our communities and be active, actively work on the health. It’s fantastic. You know, people like, I teach you a quick stuff and it’s funny to like, we’re going to make pizza.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:17:05] And they’re like, I don’t know if I can do that. And I’m like, my gosh. Like, you’ve been lied to your whole life. You don’t think you can eat pizza? She just for the press down there just stacks up on top of it and stick it in the oven for like 15 minutes. Like it is super easy. There’s no mixing. There’s. You can do this. Like you can bet you can cook. You can make yourself healthier, you know, if you need to get a guy. That’s what I did. It’s people like me. Do you know, guess, how do I do these things? How do I walk through these steps? Here’s where I am, here’s where I want to go. How do I get from point A to point B? Easy? Here’s how we do it. And sometimes it takes, you know, six weeks, sometimes it takes a year, sometimes it takes whatever. But that’s how you start integrating these things in your life. That’s how you start making yourself healthier. And if you if you adults, you parents want healthy kids, you got to make the change first. You’re the example for your kids because you can learn it. You can teach it to your kids. That’s the number one most important thing. So we’ll do it. We’ll see you guys again tomorrow or do some stuff I’m lifting and I’m hoping that Wednesday or Thursday we talk to you about the events that I’m flowing in now. So you guys have a great day. It’s exciting to see all the changes. So. All right. Thanks for your time.
