Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:04] The flu’s kind of going around to everybody and it is nastier and it’s terrible. There’s a couple different things you guys can do for this one, this preventative stuff. Get your sleep in. We’re eating so much sugar. Try to stay warm. Get your D-3 up. Usually what we tell people is you want. You want your D3 levels, blood wise to be between 80 and 120. I know the medical industry tells you that 30 is just fine. That is not accurate. That is completely wrong. You don’t want them at 31 to 80 to 120. D3 is also a hormone. It is not a vitamin. The definition of a vitamin is essential nutrient that cannot be made in the body. D3 is made in the body. D2 is made in the liver attached to an LDL cholesterol taken to your kidneys. Were 73. So it’s made in the body. Can’t be a vitamin. It is a hormone. It tells your body to take irons all over the body. So calcium, magnesium, like all the other components, all the bullets, your body needs to, like fight stuff off. D3 carries around. So that’s why you need a lot of D3. Normally I tell people you want about 5000. I use probably hundred pounds of body weight a day. If you are sick, you need to double that. So like I take 15, I take, I take 15,000, I use a day. If I was going to get sick, I would probably take 30,000 a year. It’s fine to take it for a couple of days and really high doses. It’s not going to bother you. It’s going to be beneficial.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:01:30] Lysine is also one of the things our body uses. It’s amino acids, completely natural. It’s amino acid our body uses to fight viruses. It doesn’t really, really well. A lot of times before Covid, we had a flu protocol, which was D3, vitamin C and lysine, and it would take a call. It would take a flu from like a week long thing to a to 48 hours, 24 to 48 hours. You know, people would come in like, I feel completely miserable. We give them the stuff and I talk to them in the next day and they’re like for almost 200%. So, you know, the lysine works really, really well. I’m going to get high quality lysine. If you guys are in town, say, up to the office when you eat some. If you’re not, you can always order this stuff from Pilhas, Walnuts, Dicom or Chromosomal and Sarcolemma store. The D3, K2 is also an important piece of that. The the stuff we’re seeing now. So Covid, I’m kind of excited that, you know, we’re changing our censorship angle. We’ll see about that. But they say they’re changing the censorship angle. Covid, we use quarantine, hyperbaric oxygen. We were pulling people out of hospitals to save their lives. It works really, really well. We never had a case. We never lost anybody. We people like literally we pulled from the hospitals. They would come in. I’d have to carry them at their pole. Sox’s were in the high 70s, low 80s, completely belligerent. I had no idea what was going on. It was like they were drunk, got into quite I am kind of in the hyperbaric chamber and within ten minutes the pulse axes were back up in the 90s and they were coherent. They knew what was going on and everything was fine. So that’s how we treated that.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:03:01] Once if you guys are having oxygen issues of which pulse ox is out, your oxygen issues are low, you know anything under 90. You know, 2 or 3 years later, people go to the E.R. If you can get a hold of a hyperbaric chamber, jumping on hybrid chambers can help you tremendously. Hyperbaric has been known, has been proven through Boyle’s law to increase oxygenation to the tissue by 1,000%. It is also one of the very best workout adjuncts that you can use. Your body will use that oxygen to rebuild muscle tissue. It’ll use it to heal. You won’t be sore. It is spectacular. I have one of my office, have one of my house there for that. Phenomenal. It’s also good for the flow because oxygen helps radical everything. So if you get this flu, what we’ve been using on this one is his cell in Wormwood. Quinine has also been beneficial. The new one is is kind of nasty. The the bird flu is also interesting. I don’t know. I’ve read reports that it is also a bioweapon. So I consider anything made in a lab that is not natural, that it uses gain of function research to take it in, make it now toxic or or ability. The ability to take over a human like Covid is bioweapon because it was created by a man in a lab for some weird reason. I don’t know what else call it. Manmade viruses, you can call it. We want to. It’s still manmade. It’s not it’s not a naturally occurring substance. The one it’s been helping with that the oxygen, the works, helping a lot with that. But the natural stuff, you know, any colds or flus you guys get lysine is going to be a big player for that. So if you guys have that, great.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:46] Now on the on the on the prevention side, get your sleep. You know, you can take like I take lysine every day because I see sick people all the time. And that’s one of the reasons I don’t get sick very often. Take your lysine. Take your D3 for sure. Take your vitamin C, cut your sugars back because your processed foods back. You eat real food and that’ll help out quite a bit. Most people, not everybody, but most people will eat more meat, clean meats, not processed stuff like salami and pepperoni, but, you know, steak, you know, that type of things. Take some chicken is going to be beneficial. But steak, red meats, to me, one of the best things that you guys can get in. Yeah, because there’s so many nutrients in it, you know, it’s just it is the most, you know, per cubic inch. It is one of the most nutrient dense things you can put in your body. So I would I would highly recommend that you guys increase that the iron is also going to be beneficial because iron helps your body create hemoglobin hematocrit levels and those help carry oxygen. So keep your water. And this is one of those things when it gets cold water is one of those things that when it gets cold, people drink a lot less of because they don’t feel like they need it. Man, I’m telling you, you need it even more when it’s cold, especially when it’s dry and cold because your body literally, the water gets sucked out of your skin. And so you’re like, well, I don’t feel that thirsty. All right. Well, your body is losing lots and lots of water. Chapped lips is one of the number one instances of I can see that you’re dehydrated.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:06:11] So get that water and lots and lots of people need a lot more water during the cold than they do during the heat. If you have ever looked at your pool when it’s cold and it looks like the pool is steaming, Yeah, that’s because that’s how that’s the water being sucked into the air actually sucked into the air. And so that’s what’s going on now if your pools 85 degrees and it’s, you know, 20 degrees outside, maybe there is some actual heat going off. But the vast majority of that stuff, the vast majority of it is water vapor that’s being sucked, literally sucked into the air. So look at that and recognize that you can’t see it. But that’s exactly what’s happening with your body as well. So keep that water up. That will help tremendously. Your body uses water like a dump truck, and so it puts a lot of waste into it and it gets rid of it through urine and fecal matter and sweat. So, you know, that’s a great thing to do. Now, the other thing that’s really beneficial, especially when it’s cold and flu season like this, which is also yeah, it’s always funny because a lot of people talk about this online and it’s 100% true. You know, you not only is it cold and flu season and it’s also alcohol, sugar, processed food, high stress and low sleep season.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:07:17] So I wonder why we always get sick around now, but that’s kind of where those things are. Get your sleep and cut your sugars back. Get your processed foods back, you know, get your water and eat real food and all of a sudden are going to get healthy again. Kind of this whole whole thrust of what we always talk about. And that’s kind of the that’s the that’s the thing for all of it, getting a sauna is also really beneficial. So like we have five, five, I helped design five five up here. The two workout uses, you know, yoga and weights and, you know, cardio. And we do some stretching and stuff and it’s really great. But the big thing is that it’s under form for head radiation, which is really, really, really, really good for you and it helps you sweat. And so you’re sweating this stuff out as well. So sweat is a great way to get rid of toxins. I have a story about when I was in college and I drank a lot when I was in college. I know it’s a shocker for many, many of you, but we drank this drink called a boogaloo and it was diet. I guess a lot of times it was diet Sprite, pineapple, orange juice and gin. And we drank some other one day that we were the next day we were out. We played football in the quad and people kept walking further and further and further around us. And finally somebody who knew near me walked up and was like, Dude, did you bathe in gin? And I was like, No, I drank last night, but I took a shower and find out. And they’re like, You reek like you, all of you guys, we can smell you from, you know, 50ft away.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:08:47] So it’s kind of an example of how your body finds those toxins like gin and pushes them out of your skin. The generous didn’t be processed at all. It was just that toxic. So it remained it retained 100% of its smell, apparently. So sweating is a great way to do it. So, you know, if you’re going to get out and can get in a sauna, fantastic idea. Saunas are always best If the if the heat, the infrared radiation is hitting you, your body likes that. So it’s actually very good for you. We hear radiation. We think that’s bad. But that’s it’s just it’s just a physics term. It’s just how the energy is being, you know, moved around if. It’s conduction. You actually have to touch the thing. So, like, this is really hot. You put something on it and gets hotter. That thing that’s conduction radiation is it’s here. And the thing is here. But this is still heating it. So it’s heating it through radiation from a distance. So those far infrared snaps, fantastic for you. But a lot of those Southerners, they’ll put cedar planks in front of the infrared emitters, which, you know, it’s still going it’s still going to get nice and hot. You’re going to get good sweat going. But it’s better, more beneficial to you if the if the light from the farm break actually hits your body. So that would be if you guys have that access, that’ll be beneficial if you don if you’re in First City, when you run about five, we can get you guys in there and get get going. But those are some of the things you guys need to do for the flu.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:10:14] And I know you’re like, it’s the same stuff. You always say, Yeah, it’s how you stay healthy. Like it’s it’s one of those things that, you know, you have to hear it apparently a hundred times before they go. All right. We can do that thing. You know, the sugars. I work with people with this on this all the time. The first thing I always do is make some of your favorite foods. Because any diet that excludes all your favorite foods is 100% unsustainable. You can do it for a month or two months or you can do it, you know, for 75 days for 75 hard super. That’s great. But you can’t do it forever. Like if you’re like, you’re never going to pizza again from that’s not a diet that’s going to work. You’re going to have ice cream or cookies, whatever your favorite foods are, right? And so there’s ways of getting all those things in in a much more healthy manner that you can take the sugars out. And people always tell me like, well, the keto stuff doesn’t taste as good. You’re wrong. It tastes fantastic. It’s amazing. You know, it’s the stuff that I eat is spectacular. And every time I eat it, I’m always laughing. I’m like, This is so good and it’s good for me and I’m not going to get fat. So I love it. There’s a lot of those things you guys can do to get healthier, shaving off the processed foods, shaving out the the sugar is really, really, really big step. There’s a learning curve with it. I’m not going to argue that there’s a learning curve with it. It takes you a minute. But my 12 year olds figured it out.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:11:31] I guarantee you guys can. I mean, my 12 year old’s pretty smart, but, I mean, I guarantee you, you guys can get it done. It just takes a minute to kind of, like, sit down and think about it and okay, instead of putting sugar in this, I put, you know, allulose or swerve or monk fruit or research or like there’s a stevia, there’s a bunch of different options. So, you know, that type of thing is, is really, really easy about long term health. You know, we’re going to start seeing a lot more issues. Covid was really bad for all of us. I don’t care if you get the vaccine or not. If you got the vaccine, it’s worse. But if you didn’t get the vaccine, you still got Covid. It’s still problematic. So we’re going to start seeing lots and lots more stuff. We’re going to start really making everyone is going to start making a really concerted effort to push back against all the trash that’s in our system and get cleaned up. I’m really excited about what’s coming this year with RFK. There’s been a lot of information that we’ve known for a long time. We’ve never heard screaming it. And then, you know, everything else is turned around and like now you’re conspiracy theorists or social media has blocked us.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:12:31] Like when I came out and told everybody about quinine and hyperbaric oxygen and you know what I figured out in like 2020 or 2021 where I came out, start talking about it. It crushed my social. So, yeah, banned me a whole bunch of stuff. So yeah, like there’s Rogan was able to talk about Ivermectin because he’s Rogan but you know, there’s so many things that are kept from everybody, you know, from a health standpoint, it is just it’s rough. So I’m really looking forward to this year and all those things are coming out. But if you guys have any other questions to the have questions that Chalmers want to drop in the comments or you know get a hold of us you know chance want to second or postpone second and we’ll be able to walk you guys through this stuff. You guys get all that healthier, a lot better. So if you guys are in first, go swing in, get adjusted and we’ll put this all stuff together for you. Thanks for your time. Have a great day.
